Horrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are scammers. They get into your bank account and steal money from it.

Horrible experience with their over-​the-​top aggressive sales team. Is it wise for a business to beat up a cold-​call when they say «NO»? Sales rep Kristy was rude and catty. When I say ‘no’ and request not to be continually harassed, she told me they can contact me as much as they want and she couldn’t acknowledge that her solicitation would go NOWHERE. What’s the point of harassing cold-​calls who want nothing to do with your business? It’s NOT going to get you a sale, Expect Payment Solutions. WISE UP!

These people are awesome! They really care about the community. We asked them for help to sponsor a fundraiser to help a child with leukemia. The response we got from the employees and owner was amazing. Can’t say enough about how great these people are. They way out did anything we could have ever imagined to help.

We had them and they set us up with a machine that cost $ 200 a month when the actual machine itself only costs $ 200 total! When I went to cancel, I wrote a letter saying if there is any money due to please call & we will discuss payment. Instead they just took out a huge chunk of money 3 days after receiving my letter. After seeing how much they charged, I decided to stay with them until my contract is up… Now, I’ve been trying to get my money back and they keep saying the letter I need to sign is conveniently «in the mail» but it has been 2 weeks with nothing! I’ve been calling a couple times a week. Funny how quick they are to take your money, but how slow they are to return it. All credit card company are crooks. I wish I could find an HONEST one. Sad that is how society has become. If we ran our business like that, we’d be out of business!

I cancelled by sending them a written letter by snail mail. They called me when they received my letter to confirm that’s what I really wanted… yep, that’s what I wanted. I switched credit card processors and they continued to bill me $ 200 in idle account fees over the next two months. Now they deny receiving my cancellation letter and refuse to refund me the $ 200.
Either they are really unorganized or they are evil. Either is no good. Stay away.
