I recently moved to Washington and was trying to find a good massage therapist. I called elements on Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday. There were no appointments available. So, I scheduled an appointment for their first available appointment. I show up for my scheduled appointment and the receptionist tells me, «we don’t have you on our schedule, and we don’t even have you in our system.»
There was no mention of We are sorry can we reschedule or anything like that. I understand mistakes are made. However, to not even make an effort to somehow make it up to the customer just baffles me. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere. They obviously don’t care about customer satisfaction.

I had Louellen for my massage today. The most incredible relaxing massage ever. Not even sure I want to post this because I don’t want to share her. She knows her stuff. Barely had full range of my right arm and shoulder and now I do. Best experience ever

I enjoyed a nice massage at Elements about a year ago and thought I would book a massage this week. I called, scheduled an appointment, and the receptionist told me she needed a credit card to secure the appointment. I told her I would pay for it tomorrow (I didn’t have my wallet immediately available) She said this was necessary because some don’t keep their appointments. I told her to cancel my appointment. Maybe I am being picky, but this isn’t what I’m looking for. I have never not shown for an appointment.

I went to elements massage through a groupon. Wasn’t sure what to expect being a Groupon and all. I was very pleasantly surprised! Not the «Best» massage I’ve had but was extremely pleasant and relaxing. Definitely worth the money!

I can’t say enough great things about Elements. There is a therapist to fit your every need and the front office staff is wonderful at matching you up with that perfect therapist for you. The owner is just amazing and it shows in the quality of her space and the care of all her staff. I am hooked for life.

Overcharged by this establishment. Bank statements showed 2 massages I never received. I called to have them credit my account and was told I would get gift cards. Not happy about the way they handled customer service. Manager, had said it was policy to call and notify of charges then retracted her statement saying it was a courtesy call if they did. I never received either calls.
With that said I had great massages here but because of being charged for services not received, I Won’t be referring them on.

Amazing massage therapists! Ive been to many places and by far this has been my favorite. Tiffany is so skilled. she knows where I’m sore –I dont even have to tell her because she remembers alway from before and also can tell where I’m tight. She works out my kinks but also has me leaving relaxed. I continued to see her during my pregnancy for pregnancy massages. Again, I can’t say enough good stuff about her! I also had Kazia and Michelle. Also awesome!

Went to this spa for a massage. My therapist was awesome! After she was done my shoulder pain was gone. Jueria was the therapist and i highly recommend her. A great place!

At Elements, I’ve worked with Heather, Mikayla and Kazia, all of which were professional, experienced and enthusiastic. Typically I request deep tissue massage and have never been disappointed. On the occasions that I have trouble spots due to injury, my masseuse paid careful attention and helped alleviate discomfort. I always leave feeling that they listened to my needs and ultimately care about my health. Overall, I have been pleased to find that the masseuses at Elements are experienced and consistent in their approach.

Jueria was the one I came to see. I chose Elements because that is where she works. The massage was excellent. I am sure they have other great therapists but I don’t think I would spend money to find out. I don’t get massages very often due to the cost because one really needs at least 90 minutes with 2 hours being optimal. I think the ultimate thing would be to have a nice massage table at home and your favorite therapist could come to you. You pays less and they make more. For those who want to pay Elements to be the broker then they are as good as it gets.

I’ve gotten massages in literally all over the world, but Mikayla is the best, and I’m not just saying that because she’s my sister :) She took her studies very seriously and is passionate and enthusiastic about her profession. She also enjoys working for Elements as they treat their employees well.

This place is probably fine if you are healthy looking for a massage. I came here after a car accident for back care and the therapist has caused me to be in as much pain the next day as I was in initially after the accident. I have received massage a number of times before and am familiar with the muscle soreness that often accompanies a good massage, this far surpasses that to the point it is painful for my husband to hug me unless I’m on prescription pain medicine and have recently iced. I also received a massage in Seattle after the accident and felt *improved* the next day, very much UNlike this experience.
If you are injured please seek more skilled care.

Oh. My. I had THE BEST massage ever from Mikayla. Professional, sweet, listened to my needs, incredibly skilled. HIGHLY recommend her.
