My kids have been taking lessons at East West since we moved to the area recently. They both love it. All the instructors really seem to care about the kids and enjoy what they are doing. Also, the teachers are very patient. It took a few months before my(very shy) three year old would participate and they slowly got him to trust them and feel confident. They teach self-discipline, focus and respect in a way that all the kids really respond well to. My older son really enjoys the day camps and special evening events. It’s really helping him get to know new kids and be social in a new town. Our entire experience, from day one has been great.

Not only does my son LOVE taking martial arts lessons here still, we just got back from his birthday party there. Over the top, beyond expectations, excellent value! We had gotten a discount through the Groupon like thing the Columbian did, but I think this would be a super value at full price as well. We brought the cake, they did the rest from invitations, RSVPs, serving pizza, cake, drinks, keeping track of which gifts were given by whom, it was awesome not to have to work non-stop at our son’s party for a change! And the ALL the kids absolutely loved the activities! Kids with no martial arts experience had just as much fun as those who did. There was nothing but smiles and grins all around!

Wonderful instructors. Great principles taught. Great opportunities for growth and development. Wish graduations were not on Sundays.

They do great work with kids, and adults, teaching respect, discipline, and the importance of physical fitness. The staff is always respectful and the classes are great, not too long, not to short. East West is an excellent place to get yourself or your kids into perfect mental and physical shape. It would be nice if the would teach BJJ again. Eric the Krav Maga Instructor could take on Afghanistan with a cue ball in a sock. sho nuff.
