Debra is AMAZING! She’s so friendly and professional, and OMG, my eyelashes look fantastic!(I’m still jumping up and down squealing with excitement!) I can’t wait to go back and have her do my eyebrows too!

I’ve never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally by anyone in my entire life. I’ve been looking for costume contact lenses for 3 weeks now and was told that Debra was the lady to talk to. When I contacted her she told me she had a whole bunch in stock and even sent me a chart of what she offers. That day(on December 29th) I got in my car and traveled 40 minutes to pick up a couple pairs. When I arrived at the shop the girl at the desk told me they were out. In fact, they only had 2 of the 10 colors in stock that Debra claimed to have available. So I contacted Debra, she told me they would be in on January 1st or 2nd. I knew January 1st was a long shot because everything is closed that day. So on January 2nd I waited until the evening and then drove to the shop again only to find out they were still not in stock. Frustrated at this point that 80+ minutes of my life had been wasted due to Debra’s poor business management, I contacted her again. This time I asked that she please let me know when they were in stock. Debra said, «They should be in BY Wednesday(the 7th).» Being that I didn’t want to drive another 40 minutes to find out if they were in stock, I called the shop once every couple of days to find out. Finally after calling on January 7th to find out that they still didn’t know if they were going to be in, I decided to contact Debra one last time. When I contacted Debra she about lost her mind, She told me that my consistency has been annoying her and her staff. When I explained that they only reason I contacted the her and the shop instead to coming in everyday was because I had to travel a long distance to get there, she flat out ignored me. I then pleaded with her that there must be some sort of miscommunication because in no way did I ever mean to disrupt business, annoy anyone, or cause any negative feelings. She then responded with, «I told you an exact date and you continued to ask. You called my shop[,] Facebook messaged me[,] text messaged me even though I told you an exact date. At this point I would prefer you just buy them [at] another place[.] [T]hank you though and sorry for the [in]convenience.» All-in-all, I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. I’ve been a business owner for 8 year, the manager of many establishments, and now I work in Marketing and Public Relations. The fact that I was inconvenienced and then treated the way that I was is proof that Debra is not fit to run a business, let alone handle an adult conversation. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to my worst enemies. I feel bad for the shop Ambiance that is attached to Debra’s because her lack of professionalism is going to turn people off of even going into that building. I plan to find out who the owner of the building is and share this story with them as well.

Been going to Debra Dee’s for over a year now! Love the shop. She is professional, easy to get an appointment with & a wonderful person. LOVE my lashes! Tattooed eyeliner & a facial are in my very near future!
