Gayle assisted us a few years ago in refinancing our other home with a low VA loan & she again worked her magic in getting us a VA loan of 4.125% this time. I would certainly recommend seeking Gayle & her wonderful team out, especially if you are looking to obtain a VA loan. They are professional, honest & work hard to get you the best rate!

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this local company is! I started my loan process with a different company and I didn’t even know what I was missing until Andrea began looking through my paperwork and giving me credible answers to question previously left unexplained. Every step was given in plain English, I never felt dumb for asking questions, and they always made me feel like a priority. My purchase price was lowered! My interest rate was lowered! My closing costs were slashed drastically because this company does NOT inflate prices to make money. This was a long, hard process and I’m so grateful Creekside mortgage was there for me!

We closed on a VA loan 7 business days after initial contact with Kerry and Elisa at Creekside Mortgage, Inc.
When our previous broker found they could not underwrite us due to a CAIVRs report, 5 days before closing, we searched the Portland area for a broker who had capabilities in their lender network to underwrite to VA standards without a CAIVRs overlay. Elisa and Kerry came through in record time.
Highly recommended for fast VA loans!
