I work nearby, but I try to avoid this place unless I’m totally desperate. It’s just always hot and dirty and it seems a lot of booze goes out that door to people that don’t need it. Ugh. The new Plaid Pantry(that opened at 6th& Washington) is a better choice for your convenience store needs.

In the heart of old Vancouver, WA downtown, is this little corner market, offering the typical beer, snacks, cigs, etc. This is not where the upscale Hilton Convention Center Crowd shops; rather it is the Greyhound bus crowd and regulars that are near vagrant. But if you are at the Hilton 2 blocks away and need a convenience store-like snack or drink, and it isn;’ too dark outside, this is the only choice you have after the gift shop closes!

This corner mini-mart is the only grocery store in the very Heart of Downtown Vancouver. It’s just next door to the Greyhound Bus station, and one block west of the first C-Tran bus stop after entering Washington from Oregon. It’s a typical mini-mart with soda, beer, lottery and a deep fried food counter.
