as a person who is AND Has been in customer service for 15 years, I can honestly say that the people who are employed at the Hazel Del Big 5 sporting goods suck. On three occasions every time I’ve gone in there I have never once yet to be greeted. I walk in there are two employees standing on the counter chatting away they stop look at me and then continue chatting l, I was looking for soccer gear for my daughter I was having trouble finding what I needed exactly. when I ask for help they just pointed and said it’s right in that general area. still having a success by up in Las and took my business elsewhere. also their prices are higher than the normal store. but going back to customer service they need strong lessons in to be taught the proper etiquette of customer service means what it means. I for one will never do my shopping there again!

This location has terrific service. I have been in for many occasions. Last summer we bought all new sleeping bags for the family– the young lady working was very generous with her time. Helped check back stock and even compared coupons to see how to help us get the best deal:) This fall my son started T-ball, we bought his cleats at the fishers landing store-(where they were No help) and got dressed for his first game only to see the shoelaces ripped, barely leaving enough to tie them. I called this location and they were so kind and easy going. We stopped by this store later that week and they just handed me a new set of laces and said sorry. It’s nice to see Nordstrom level service. We are loyal customers:)
