Bellagios Pizza

Dude, good old Bellagios has been good to me through out the years and they make AMAZING pizza. We ordered from them tonight and got a little note on our pizza about the recent price increase. and you know what? I’m still going to order from them every time. I thought it was pretty cool to inform your customers on what’s going on. You keep doing you, Bellagios.

I actually give Bellagio’s a 3.¾ star rating.
This place has pretty darn good pizza, and the sauce has from what I remember a unique flavor to it, but there’s other pizza places in Vancouver that in my opinion are slightly better, like Pizza Bilmos or Juliano’s, which is only my opinion so for all I know you might like this better. One thing that’s annoying is they only have one parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper shaker for the entire restaurant, while other pizza places have one of each at each table.
Give Bellagio’s a try, it’s not bad pizza at all.

The pizza is really good at this place and the salad is too. However, the service here flat out sucks. I ordered a pizza online tonight and they said it would be ready around 6:09pm. I got there and sent my husband in to pick up the pizzas and the worker at the counter said that they would be out in just a minute and told my husband to wait. 25 minutes later the pizza still was not ready and my husband went to the counter to inquire about the status of the order. The worker went back to the oven and found the order and gave it to my husband. He also asked for payment twice and my husband informed him that I had prepaid online. My husband also asked why he was not alerted when the order was ready and the worker said he had called it out. My husband was listening closely and never heard the worker call out our name. The worker said he did and that it was on my husband for not hearing him. Really irritating service at this location. Their manager needs to train the workers to deliver better customer service and to keep the customer updated if they are waiting for an order as well as not blame the customer. The worker did not even offer an apology. We don’t mind waiting a few minutes if the order isn’t quite ready but 25 minutes is pretty absurd.
I have ordered from them quite often in the past (see my past review) and this is by far the worst service I have received from them. I’ll be going to Blind Onion from now on which knows how to make it right if something goes awry with the order.

Came to eat here for the first time. Dace took great care of my husband and I. He Was very patient and gave us recommendations. Even thought we came right before closing they welcomed us and took their time making our pizzas perfect. Ingredients tasted fresh and very flavorful.

Hour and a half for delivery and the delivery guy reeked of pot. Better than Dominoes but not worth the wait.

Worst Pizza Experience EVER… We ordered a pizza online at 5:00 and it showed it would be delivered at 6:11. At about 6:45 when we still had no pizza we called and were told our pizza was out for delivery. At 7:15 I called for the 2^nd time and this time the employee couldn’t find my order and gave the phone to the manager who said there was no record of my order. He had no explanation of why someone had just told us a half hour ago that it was out for delivery and he offered absolutely no solution. He didn’t even offer to take my order over the phone. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from there again.

Large pizza for 17.95 was pretty good price!
We got the chicken garlic and it was tasty. The crust is always my favorite part because of how crunchy it is. Great charred flavor with melted cheese … Mmmmmmm what could be better?
I wish that they would cook the pizzas a little longer to evenly get that yummy char on the whole slice and not just on the end.
Reviews say that it’s doughy in the middle, and I would have to agree. Not too bad on this pizza we had tonight but it’s just nnnoottt quite done.

I ate a piece of pizza on 07÷25÷15 out of the display and was up all night sicker then ever! First time eating here and will be forever my last!

My veggie slice of pizza was a raw doughy mess in the middle. The cook parts tasted good, but come on man… your a pizza place, the pizza was cooked and the reheated and even then was still raw.

The Pizza was very good. But they have the inside freezing. No way you can eat in. When we asked about the cold temperature we were given a response that it’s very hot in the kitchen.
So my suggestion… get it to go!

Just in case you’re curious, the delivery driver in the white VW Golf smokes in his car while he’s delivering your pizza. Pretty disgusting if you ask me. No more Bellagio Pizza for me! If you can’t deliver a pizza without smoking on the way, I don’t need your pizza.

The Pizza made me feel sick all night. There was about 3 times as much cheese on it then what I’m used to. Never eating bellagios again.

Really enjoy having this pizza delivered. Extra thick crust is the way to go. Last delivery driver was a bit of a pain because I couldn’t find my coupon. My fault.

The pizza made me gassy and gave me the runs. Beware. I was hopeful, but no second chances with this place. Yes, it does take about 30 mins to get your pizza.

Pizza always seems to be a little sloppy. The staff is always friendly. We live in a rural area and delivery is always quick. Overall not bad for those nights you don’t wanna cook.

Our two year old was craving pizza and this place was the closest place. We were not disappointed. The sauce is DELICIOUS! We got the Italian Chicken Pizza. Definitely coming back! Service was great, we got our pizza in record time.

So I left a pretty awful review today because our experience last night was pretty bad. However, I spoke with the manager Brandon today and have to say I am thoroughly impressed with his customer care skills. That said, I’ll give Bellagio’s another try (because their BBQ chicken pizza was my favorite in the whole world.) Thanks for taking care of it Brandon and for being professional.

Got there and ordered our pizza. 30min later people who ordered after us we’re leaving with their pizzas. Asked where our pizza was and they didn’t know.
There were only two other customers in the store. Manager was there. No one offered to make it right or apologized. Asked for my money back and left.
I would go to Blind Onion Pizza or MOD pizza before ever going back here.

I was craving pizza and since I was in the area my husband and I stopped here to eat, we ordered the large BBQ Chicken Pizza that was $ 19…it was REALLY good. So much flavor and worth the money!
The people were really friendly too!
