Love this place. New to the area, you walk in and are treated like a regular. All the staff is attentive, friendly, diverse. Anyone fits in here. The food is AWESOME. They pour a fair drink and even have a decent happy hour.

Stiff drinks, awesome happy hour, the Monkey balls are the greatest deep fried concoction I’ve had at a bar in the Vancouver area

This is a bar I want to love and think it has great potential. The wait staff is very friendly, the beer selection good and wel priced. $ 3 well drinks. Ordered a plate of nachos. The portion was huge and came with plenty of sour cream and salsa… but, it wasn’t very good. They used processed cheese and refried beans. I’m not certain, but i think it wasnt oven heated, but done in microwave. Could be wrong but lacked that crispness of oven cooked. Here’s my suggestion… Build your own nachos using real cheese and a selection of toppings. That would be awesome. Tempted to try fish and chips but no indication if it was cod, halibut, or cheaper fish. Patty melt was reported to be okay but nothing special.

Came in for my 1st time tonight for a fundraiser they had put together to help a friend of mine who’s son is sick. The bar is clean. Food great. Drinks are good. Service is good. The fundraiser was very successful. These people have a huge heart. I would definitely recommend you spend your money here. I will be back.

We stopped for lunch and a cold beer and were pleasantly surprised by the spotless appearance inside. The tables, bar area and floors were very clean and orderly for a lunch hour crowd. Our server greeted us immediately and made menu suggestions that were perfectly suited for a leisure lunch. The beer was ice cold and we never felt the need to try and get our server to stop at our table. She was very attentive and very good at her job. The food was very good and reasonably priced, as was the beer. We will be back to try the Happy Hour prices and food as suggested by our server. The spotless condition of the facility was a huge plus in our minds.

Last night we went in for late night drinks & snacks. To my surprise, it was really delicious. I highly recommend the appetizer that’s basically a fried Ruben sandwich. WOW! I can’t remember the name of it but it’s absolute perfection!

Down right pisses me off how much they over serve people here. I saw a girl falling over then they gave her another shot, two mins later she fell into my table and made a huge mess. Are you blind? Time before I went a steeler fan wanted to beat me up because I walked in wearing a seahawks jersey… again over served

I worked in the Vancouver area today and used trusty Unilocal,to find me a tavern for a pint of ale. The name 3 Monkeys sounded unique and I ventured on in after a few U-Turns, doggone, Vancouver, I always get turned around. I didn’t try the food — -but they offer nice Hump Day, or daily specials, looked good and cheap. Great Music playing from the juke when I walked in: BeeGees, a tune from the movie«Swingers», Michael Buble, later some Barry Manalow(too lazy to spell)…but it was Copa Cabana, oh. and the Bandstand song! I don’t think I’ve ever heard the full song. Cool bartenders and Regulars around 5p, then it got a little busier. Great Vibe for a stranger walking in. Nice TVs, seating areas, bathrooms were clean. I would come back for sure. Draft selection wasn’t too shabby! Nice work, 4 IPAs, 2 local.

Great food, very clean and had nice TVs But the service is needing some help. After 10 minutes had to go up to bar, after they watched us walk in and still kept talking behind the bar.

Thank you 3 Monkeys for letting me and my wife have our wedding reception there, providing the dj for free, and getting the food and champagne. Especially on such short notice when Icehouse cancelled on us last minute! You saved our asses! Everything turned out perfect. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. This our new home bar and we will be seeing much more of you in the near future.

OK, keep in mind that I’ve only been in during the day. Last time we had lunch there it was… just good enough that I didn’t complain. It wasn’t super expensive, but it wasn’t as cheap as it should of been. There are places very close that are better in every way.

Outside looks like a strips club, but the inside looks great. Take a chance and see if this place is for you. The food was really good and TV everywhere.

Went to Three Monkeys on Saturday and had some nice bar food. Prices were good and service attentive. The chicken skewers were kind of skimpy but the pulled pork was flavorful. The place seemed very relaxed and friendly.

A friend of mine and I stopped in for lunch the other day and I ordered the special… Bare Monkey w/cheese. Came with shoestring fries,…crispy and a touch of seasoning salt. I could do without the seasoning salt, but the fries were otherwise perfect. I judged this fine burger by its cover, at first, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I had completely misjudged it. The menu says burgers comes with lettuce, tomato, and maynaisse on a grilled bun. I’m like… where’s the special sauce??? Where’s that special thing that’s going to make me call this burger a 3 Monkeys Bare Monkey??? Wow, after the first bight, I felt like I had stepped through a stargate and landed in Roslyn, Virginia at Ray’s Hell Burger’s or any of the Five Guys around DC or Good Burger in Manhattan. I had asked for 1000 Island, just in case, but only used that for the fries. The burger, turns out… oh my god,.was made with 100% REAL burger. That just doesn’t happen here on the west coast. ‘Course, they added some of their own seasoning to spice it up a little, but mostly it was juicy, tasty and that was it. None of the after taste of fillers. My friend and I wanted to talk, so the waitperson turned down the overhead speaker, a little, and pumped up the speakers nearest the other people. Everybody was happy. Our High School Class meets once a month and this month we are definitely meeting at 3 Monkeys Pub. Way to go guys. Oh, on Tuesdays, they have 2fer Tacos night…2 full sized meaty tacos for a buck… w/salsa To be honest, haven’t tried the anything else, but they just opened under new ownership and the place is completely remodled inside. Since I live nearby, I’m certain, this will become a favorite hangout. OK, it already has.(:-)))

Well, it’s re-opened. Stopped in today just to see what changed had been made by the new ownership. It does look nicer with the new furniture, tables, carpet, etc. They do need to figure out their service issues though. The bartender/server/owner gal was often MIA for a mid afternoon crowd that should be easy to service at best. Also, they do not have Root Sports, so don’t go expecting to watch a Mariners or Timbers game… but the gal said no one in the areas had Root Sports… a myth I quickly dispelled for her. I can’t offer an opinion of the food they serve, if any, as there was never a menu offered to our table. I get it, the ownership is new… I’ll try them again in a month or so to see if they have figure out their service issues…
