Advanced Termite & Home Inspections

Me and my husband recently went under contract for a house in New Bern. Since the house was a foreclosure the bank had not gotten a home inspection previously done. We only had 7 days to inspect the property. I called Chris because he could do both a home and pest inspection at the same time. Since we were not in the area he called our realtor and scheduled an appointment with her (making it easier on us). He was great about fitting us in on such short notice and didn’t act like it was an inconvenience at all. The inspection was very thorough and lots of pictures were taken of issues that were found. We received the full report within a day online and were able to pay online as well (a plus since we are currently in San Diego). I emailed him about questions I had about the property and he replied pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend his services.
