I have not had luck with any trash companies around here so the standard is set pretty low. I agree with the other review… when I first got service I had to call a few times to check where they were. I requested a bigger dumpster and they said they could not do that but could come twice a week, that doesn’t work because I have to open the gate for them and be home when they come once a week… and it is never at the same time so I have to leave the gate open for several hours on trash day which is an inconvenience. My biggest issue is all of the trash they leave in the dumpster and the glass that is left in my drive way. I have had to explain to the kids that they can’t go in the driveway anywhere around the dumpster because of the piles of glass. I was picking it up once a week but it is in the gravel and it is getting difficult. I’m not sure if it is a pickup before us that has glass, maybe the bar down the road, but it has gotten very bad and the mess in the drive way is becoming dangerous. Like the last reviewer said… they don’t do auto-draft or even paypal, which you can set up auto and pay with a card.

I do not recommend this company and would not allow them to auto-draft for payment. Cliff’s employees did not pick up my trash three weeks in a row. I contacted the office several times and they told me they would send somebody out to pick it up, but nobody ever showed up. I explained that my account was debited but I didn’t receive the services I paid for and should be credited. The office person said she had spoke with the owner, and somebody would be calling me, but i never heard back. I was also assured that my service was paid for through the end of the month. They picked up once and missed me once even though the can was out the night before. They are very undependable, so beware if you are considering them.
