My wife was nagging me to get a carpet cleaner to come over and clean two 5×7′ area rugs.
I googled carpet cleaning service and began going down the list of cleaners. I called 6 or 7 places and boiled it down to 2. One gave me an estimate and he came over and tried to charge triple the original estimate. My wife politely showed home the door.
A few hours later I get a call back from Right On Time, the woman in the phone was polite and after giving me a fair estimate I scheduled for the technician to come the following day.
I got a call a few hours before the appointment and was impressed with the follow up.
The technician did an excellent job cleaning both of our area rugs at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
