My dad had an appointment here at 1 today, we arrived at 1, it is now 1:55 we are still waiting. I went to the front to ask how much longer and they said they don’t even have his appointment in their schedule. Another party was also here in the same situation. They just told us they can’t see my dad today so we just wasted this time. Its obvious that this facility isn’t organized.

As I am writing this review, I still remain waiting for more than an hour now to consult with the doctor. This is very ridiculous despite being told to come in 15 minutes earlier. No one seems to care or even ask in regards to my appointment status. I fully understand that last minute emergencies come up and maybe they are running behind, but it is also my time that is being wasted. I waited a month for this appointment and the service is very slow. My appointment is for 10:30 and it is now 11:40
