From the moment I called Geico to report my accident to the day I was able to pick up my car; everything went perfectly. I was amazed how smooth the whole transaction was. I called to report the accident in the evening on December 23rd. Geico already had an appointment for me the next morning at Valley Motor Center. It’s very convenient to have the insurance adjuster work closely with the autobody shop and to have the car rental next door. My insurance adjuster Michael was very sweet, professional and explained the whole process to me. He was always following up on the progress and checked with me when there was a decision that had to be made. Eric from Valley Motor was super nice as well, again very knowledgeable, explained everything to me and did a wonderful job fixing my car in a short period of time. My policy covered a rental car, I am grateful I had that in there, it just made the whole process so much easier. I highly recommend using their services. It is hard enough to have to deal with your car being in an accident, do yourself a favor and chose a place to fix your car that makes the whole experience easy, friendly and pleasant. I would use them again in a heart beat, hopeful not because of another accident…

Everybody was very helpful, friendly, patient. Manager, case coordinators answered all my questions, they gave me the best advices. Very professional approach. My car was very well repaired. I am very happy with their service and I can highly recommend Valley Motor Center.

well, after going through the Better Business Bureau, where VMC said it was willing to pay me $ 100 for this problem, I agreed and asked that they send me a check. Still no response. I suspect there never was an honest offer to pay me anything and this has been a ruse the entire time. Again, in VMC’s world, when they make a mistake on an insured car, they will never pay the owner anything because it would be considered refunding the deductible. Don’t be fooled by offers to pay you, as VMC doesn’t live up to that either.
