I had a great experience with Dr Gazmarian and a good experience with Dr Molnar. After having an MRI, I was directed by Dr Molnar to Dominick, one of their Physical Therapists. My first appointment was scheduled for 10.20 am and I got there at 10.10 and already had my paperwork filled out and handed in to the therapists. I was not seen until 10.45 and Dominick basically told me that everything I had been doing for my neck and back (exercise and yoga) was completely wrong and that I should stop doing all upper-​body exercises. We did some exercises together and, by early evening, I was in agony. When I called Dr Molnar, his assistant said I needed another MRI, even though I’d just had one. The next day I had another PT appointment with Dominick. It was at 4.40 and I got there at 4.50 because it had been raining heavily and traffic was awful. Dominick refused to see me. I will never go back to a place that treats its patients’ time totally differently than their own time. There is also a 15 minute grace period for medical appointments (at least in my experience over the years) and I found this outrageous. There are so many other places to go in LA/​SoCal that no one needs to be treated badly by any doctor, hospital or therapist.
