Moore Optometry – J. Solomon Moore OD

Dr. Moore and his staff are wonderful. Very professional and Dr. Moore made me feel like he really cares and is funny too. I bought RX glasses and RX sunglasses. Very reasonable.

Dr. Moore is great. Friendly and competent — he did a thorough exam using some truly incredible advanced equipment. He was able to tell me things not just about my eyes but also my overall health. I definitely recommend Moore Optometry if you live in the Valley!

Dr. Moore is very professional and the stuff is well trained for a one of a kind customer service. This is the only place I go for my glasses, Not only I got my prescription glasses here but I bought some nice sun glasses .They carry a huge inventory of brand names from frames to any kind of lenses.

Dr. Moore is super efficient. He recommended I transition into the monthly contacts and they’re really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
It’s a little out of my way, coming from Pasadena but definitely worth the drive to deal with a prompt, courteous optometrist.

I usually come here for my contact lens. I called yesterday and I got an appointment today. Doctor Moore is super friendly and social. He makes my visits fun.
If you do not have insurance they have reasonable prices so do not be afraid to call and ask! You have an option of paying half now and when you pick up your lens you pay the rest.
Parking: metered, so if you live close by just walk.

Great service, and very accommodating with their schedule! This was my first time here, and the doctor was friendly, along with his staff, and the prices were reasonable too. My previous visits had been to Linden Optometry in Pasadena, which is kinda disorganized (every visit seemed to have a variation of «I don’t see your name here, are you sure you just had an exam? Oh wait, here it is!»), has long waits and doctors in a hurry. I’ll be returning to Dr. Moore’s.

Everything I was looking for…
I didn’t find them on Unilocal,luckily I found them through my VSP (vision service plan) and they were the first ones that I could get an appointment with today. It was 12:30 and I decided I had put off going to the eye Dr. long enough. I called around and everyone was booked up. But when I called Dr. Moore’s office, they said «can you come in at 1:30?» So I quickly got ready and left.
I was glad to find somewhere within a bike ride of my apartment. I noticed a parking lot in back, although I didn’t need to use it. Everyone was friendly and knew their stuff. After filling out paperwork I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everything went quickly and smoothly.
Dr. John I. Ryu, O.D. helped me today. He was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice selection of regular and stylish glasses, including some for certain sports, and some for children. Dr. John informed me that my eyes actually got better! Eating those carrots sure do help :)
