Dr Mikhael is very nice, the staffs are friendly and accomodating, parking is now free and the waiting room is quiet and relaxing. The front desk is akways friendly and remind you of ur other appointments and get the authorizations right away. However, it takes about 30 – 45 minutes wait time to see the doctor even tho u have an appointment.

Varicose Veins Suck. There’s no reason you are coming here to see Dr. Michel that is for fun and joy, but the plus is that it could be a lot a LOT worse. Note that my review of the Doc himself is MORE than 5 stars — but the facility and some instances are less than yay. When you enter, you will look for the sleep clinic, as Dr. M shares with them. Funky furniture in the waiting room. Don’t sit on that vinyl triangle-y shaped chair. Trust me. + 1 Stars — Insurance friendly. The office team always puts everything through that they can and usually managed to be spot on regarding what the insurance would and would not cover. They also were cool with giving me copies of everything so that I could try to claim what was not covered via my 2nd insurer. Helpful! — 1 Star — Parking. Parking here is one of those mafioso looking scams where they make you take a ticket to park and pay up to $ 8 because, well, you are trapped. There is no where else to park, not really. — 1 Star — Wait. I have had two times where I have had an appointment and still waited for over an hour to see the doc. Not fun. So now I always bring a book. I know that the wait is often not his fault, it’s from patients running long, but I wish it weren’t so. + a Zillion Stars — The Doc! He’s gentle, soft-spoken and kind. Which is good cause he’s gonna have to do some ouchy things to make you feel better(in the long run). I had such painful varicose veins and was certain I would have to live with them forever. Doctor Michel explained the procedure, the healing, the stockings, the whole shebang. He let me be a crybaby patient without once losing patience. He is swift in the injecting process, and yet used up all our allotted time to get every last thing he could. Total mind-blowing pro, of course, but his gentle demeanor and quiet sense of humor made it all worth while, the needle jabs(which is what happens in schlerotherapy!) and all. I joke to him that he’s my favorite doctor who I never want to see! And you will feel the same way. I drove far far from my home base to see him based on a recommendation of a nurse friend, and I have to say, she was spot on.
