McCalla Company Janitorial Supply

McCalla Co is great, we were very happy to the see the great service at this well known supply center.(since 1940) the store has it all from a to z top name items and top end service. they keep the place clean and well together. if you need anything for cleaning i think they have it. as the owner of steam-​pro carpet cleaning (Los Angeles) we know that this is a place that you can count on and trust. we thank you

these guys know there stuff. in and out without any problem. repairs are done promptly… purchase are made appropriately. meaning we are not sold on items that do not help our business.

Parking lot is in the back. Entrance is in the back. When I walked in, it was very busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Luckily, I was able to make eye contact with a guy behind the counter and he was able to help me. I was there on a mission to get 2 items — a bathroom shower glass squeegee and the most powerful kitchen degreaser they had. The guy was able to help me with both items recommending what he thought would be best for the job I described. I got a 14″ squeegee that has a replaceable rubber part for ~$ 9. A rubber refill was $ 2. A gallon of their strongest degreaser was ~$ 12.

When we bought our business the previous owner used this company. We decided to give them a try and it was great for a couple of months. We decided to not proceed with this company as one of the representatives called our business and was rude and angry demanding payment, when no invoices had been sent to our accounting department. No invoice, no previous phone calls, no communication with us. It sad really, but we do not need to feel harassed when doing business when getting our janitorial supplies. For a business that has been in Janitorial supplies for so many years the customer service practices need to be updated.

We love Mccalla Company and are thankful they are in business. We have been buying supplies and getting equipment repairs done by them for 30 years. Thank you all for your help and great service all these years!

recently broke my vacuum and was going to get a new one until a friend suggested coming here and seeing if they could fix the thing for me. The people here are super friendly and patient and did not make fun of the fact that i did not know if my vacuumed was bagless or not. it is not btw…
three days later and it was working better then i remember it working. the thing is only about 1 year old so… thank you for saving me some cash

I made the drive from Ventura County since it seemed through their website like they’d be a good place to check out. I have a small cleaning business and have been looking for a «go-​to» place for tools, supplies, and know-​how. So I gave it a shot.
Ernesto approached me immediately and offered his assistance. He was so friendly and helpful, offering his personal experience and recommendations with regard to some hoses I needed for my portable carpet cleaner. He gave me some fantastic tips and insight, making sure I was purchasing exactly what I needed for the work I’m doing. He didn’t rush me or treat me like a number, but as a valued customer. He helped me with a number of other small tools and incidentals before ringing me up, and even loaded my hoses in my truck for me on my way out.
Ernesto showed the kind of five-​star personal service that is guaranteed to make me into a loyal, long-​time customer, which I now am. I plan to go back for any and all of my supply and equipment needs, and I commend the manager or owner on hiring such a fantastic person to represent their business.

I bought a sanitaire vacuum here about a year and a half ago.
I brought it in for service this last week and their repair guy Dave was AMAZING!!! This is old school service at it’s best.
He was funny, polite, informative, and he got my vac running (and looking) like new…

They have everything here to clean your house. A guy named Craig helped me out and showed me every type of cleaner there was for the toilet. I have stubborn rust stains and the stuff at home depot just didn’t work. Not only do they have a good variety, they have lower prices. Their toilet cleaners were a dollar less than the stuff I bought at J&M in Culver City. I’m coming here for every household cleaning item.

This place is the bomb. As a small business owner I needed a local janitorial shop to buy my carpet cleaning supplies. As a young man I was disrespected as a new comer going into other shops. Well not at Mc Calla! They now have a customer for life. 13 years and counting… The people are great and they have a big variety of janitorial supplies. Stop on by and meet the family!!!
