In 2004, I started Masala with the goal of bringing healthy, flavorful Indian food to families in Los Angeles. From the beginning, I have used only the freshest ingredients and authentic, imported spices. My recipes are focused on wholesome goodness, health and mouth-​watering flavor. These are the same recipes I learned from my mom, and the same ones she learned from her mom and so on. For generations, our way of cooking and passion for food has been a cornerstone of our families and lives. I cook Masala food the same way I cook at home for my family and friends, with the same attention to detail and unrestrained love for great taste. For me, Indian food is not just flavorful, unique and healthy; for me, Indian food is the way to a happy, fun life. I hope you enjoy my food as much as i enjoy cooking it !
