Paid him 400 for 14 classes and 200gigs of music, ended up getting about 18gigs and 6 classes and he started flaking and not responding to any calls or text, this guy is a fraud, make sure he doesnt rip you off

This guy is a total fraud. Paid him $ 800 upfront for DJ lessons for my two sons. He constantly could not give the lessons. He always has personal problems that cause him to cancel lessons. He only gave 5 out of the 14 lessons we paid for. He refuses to refund the money for the balance of the lessons and has not given a lesson in over a month. He has not returned any of or phone calls or messages in over 3 weeks. We are currently seeking legal action to recover money for services not provided. Also note his other reviews on Unilocal are older reviews.

I needed to quickly learn how to DJ from the best, so coming here was an easy choice.
The fastest way to learn is obviously through one on one lessons. From there I weighed experience against price and Jay is definitely the winner there! Jay had more experience than any of the other DJ instructors out there, except he charges a fraction of their rate!
Jay is not only a great DJ, he is also a great teacher. He’s very patient and you can tell he has taught a lot of people because he always knows exactly what to say or do to get you to the next level.
Jay even has a mobile DJ business and he’s very involved in the industry, so he’s also a great connection to have!

Dj lyrix is not only an amazing guy but an amazing teacher, he not only builds self confidence in how to DJ but he helps train the mind to adapt out of bad habits. I respect a teacher who characteristics define their craft and the will to help others. If your taking dj seriously this is the Man to learn from … Classes are affordable, reasonable, and educational. There is NO experience better than a one to one class with someone who experience exceeds skill and skills is their passion and with great skills comes great responsibility and power and the key to success is understanding knowledge is power. The more i grow in these classes the more love and thanks i have for Jay aka DJ LYRIX. Thank You I will continue taking classes and recommending to all who want to experiences the Fundamentals of being a true DJ
