New owner and management. Horrible! Place is dirty most of the time. Parking lot starting to look like a junk yard. There is one car grey Mustang that leaks oil and it has become a hazard manager knows and just ignores it. Graffiti outside by the parking gate does not get painted. Manger is never around. Can’t wait to move. The old manager Martha at least took care of things. I put in a work order 2wks ago and nothing. I guess a lawyer will come in handy…

Marta and Rudy were great managers, but they were kicked out by the company that bought the building. They had been there for over 10 years. Ridiculous. The place became dirty after they left, and things were not fixed on time. The new management simply doesn’t care one bit.
