..Not many supermarkets have an international deli or/and variety of products from Central to South America. This has been the store choice of years for all produce goods fresh and processed, local and imported– unlike your local farmer’s market of course. P.S: they have Inka-Kola!

The parking lot is big and 98% of the people can’t drive. I’m very big on customer service and damn near all the workers are very dry. Fix it!

I’ve been shopping at this store since I moved to Sherman Oaks, 4+ years ago and I can say that I love this place for their customer service, you gotta love when you go to a place where people recognize and greet you, offer help even with simple things and make sure all is good for you. Special thanks to the people who works morning shifts at the produce, meat and cashier departments, including that cool gent that packs your bags and offers to help you out with your groceries, great people with great customer service.

I’ve returned to this store several times since I first reviewed it. The deli has improved and out of 6 things purchased today all six had the correct weight and the service was polite. The store offers better meat than Ralphs, Albertsons, Vons and Luckys because its fresher and grain fed. Not Sandersons farm chicken either. The prices are better also and without the disgraceful club cards. The staff is polite but they need to have more than 3 checkout lines open. Drawback: inconsistent sales and too many one day only sales. They need to have the sale prices for the whole week and stop playing sales games with their shoppers. Also the store gives the appearance that it is Latino only with some of the outdoor signs, but it definitely is not.
