this companies service is the worst ive ever seen. they have some drivers who look like they live in there cars. they take forever to get to me. i recomend never using this company. save yourself the head aches.

El servicio es bueno, hay choferes muy amables, yo tengo mi carro’pero hoy se descompuso llamé para que me llevaran al trabajo y llegaron
la tercera ves que uso este servicio, me gutó el servicio la vez pasada pedí que el chofer trajera aciento para bebé.y me mandaron a un chofer con él aciento para el bebé. Si recomiendo esta compañía.

I used this service for Halloween night. I called 4 times and kept getting hung up on I realized it was because I was speaking English. So the taxi reached my destination when I got home I realized I had forgotten my boots because of the other stuff I was carrying. I called the same day and they told me to call Monday. I called Monday they told me to call in ½ an hour .So I did and they had no info for me. Basically they have been giving me the run around. I called again on Tuesday and the number was disconnected. Wow this is ridiculous. So I found a few other #s to there business and two were also disconnected. I found a working # and Nayeli tells me that I am calling the wrong company. This is ridiculous I will never use this service again bad bad bad :(

I’m the regular customer and I love this company and I almost know every driver I’m not Spanish and I cannot speak Spanish the ladies and one young gentleman in the daytime when the answer the phone this week fluently English and they know who is the customer show from past 2 weeks on Saturday and Sunday when I call Eve 1 man answer the phone he cannot speak English very well and when he see you can not speak English he’s going to hang up the phone on you and when you called over hundred times I sure he’s gonna pick up the phone and hanging up on you i video tape last night when he did this to me and he send driver number 10 the new lady she speak no English absolutely zero English and she was telling me I have to put the money on the seat 2 she drive and she was telling me all in Spanish when I tell her I don’t know how many miles do over there so she couldn’t understand me and she was telling me another dinero first so I think you guys should advertise only Spanish people get service not are there people even when there are regular customer I mean regular calling everyday and spend over $ 40 last couple of times when I had bad experience at night I was like maybe next time he’s going to be better but when he did it again last night and I missed my bus and I wait until 5:30 a.m. so this is my first review Unilocal I love this company and I know all the driver driver number 51 awesome 52,53, 56,36 and believe me the ladies working in the daytime they have fantastic customer service and they are professional if you call them one time for service and then next time you call they know already I name but I have no idea why the owner or manager don’t do something with some good dispatcher working at 9 someone can speak English because if dispatcher is bad and you owner not gonna make money and go to vacation and don’t give a s*** about your business but I’m gonna keep working with this company because I love all the driver they are hustler respectful and professional
