I was having trouble locating a dishwasher part, but luckily Century Global Supplies had just one in stock. I asked Tatyana to put it on hold, but she said they cannot unless I pay by phone. They only accept debit cards. I agreed. She asked me the name of my company and I said I don’t have one. She said oh, ok and moved on. I asked about the price and she said $ 45. I indicated that everyone else I just called priced it between $ 30 and $ 32(however they have to order it from the warehouse and I needed it asap), so why are they so expensive I asked. She agreed to sell it to me for $ 35. Make sure you try and negotiate the price and do your homework in advance. I showed up to the business and it’s certainly not intended for customer service and to aesthetically appeal to people. It’s a bunch of folks on the phone and walking around, with no one to greet you, ask how they can help you etc. I had to flag someone down and picked up my part. No thank you, have a nice day or good bye. Whatever, I got the part I needed the same day and that counts for something.

Definitely the rudest customer service representatives I have experienced at any company. After stating the parts would arrive and be available the next day at 2pm, we called back the next day and were put on hold for over 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, they ended up accidentally hanging up the phone. We called back and were immediately put on hold again. Then, the representative came on the phone and said they had no record of any order. He was extremely belligerent on the phone and eventually just hung up. We could even hear him yelling at the other representative next to him. I would never do business with them and we ended up finding another local company within a few blocks that had better prices with very professional customer service representatives.

I just called these guys to find a part for my washing machine. A man answered the phone and as I was asking him about the part I was looking for, he cut me off and said that no one is working today and I should call back tomorrow. Then he hung up on me without another word. Terrible customer service on the phone means I don’t want to give you my business. If you’re not open, then don’t answer the phone. If you answer the phone, even if you’re not open, then don’t be rude to the potential customer. Congratulations, you’ve earned yourself a 1-star rating on Unilocal
