Unethical criminals.
My mother-​in-​law was transferred from this facility to another but her belongings were not. We were informed 2 days before they planned on throwing away her walker, heirlooms, personal property, etc. — valued at least a $ 1000. I was physically unable to get there for at least a week, but once I heard about it, was eager to get them back.
Staff was absurdly sketchy on phone after numerous phone calls and finally hung up on me when I requested their standard rules and regulations in writing. The woman told me to «sue them.»
Adult Protective services et al were contacted but there is no resource anywhere in the entire state that can help. I need to drop everything and drive down there instead of them simply transferring it across town. No exceptions.
I believe they steal from elders and regularly keep their belongings. I will press criminal charges on them individually and sue the the company and them individually for all the damages — but really — why are criminals like this allowed to be licensed?
I will also work to have their license revoked, but we know it’s all graft anyways.
I would never trust a loved one here.
