Alex is terrific. Every time I call, he’s there to help. He has gotten the job done even when I called after 10:00 pm. He worked diligently until almost 2 am. I think he is so worth every cent. He has given me peace of mind when I get so stressed over my computer failures. I would recommend him to anyone anytime!!!

I have never met a more efficient set of techs that are prompt and efficient. Here’s my story. I was visiting ca during the time of my fathers illness and recent death. I was a wreck and my computer got infected and died. I had just bought a new computer which was back in NYC. I was lost and off I went looking for a solution. I searched on Google and Unilocal and there he was. He literally was at home within 48 hours and my computer was fixed. Later a month or so later I needed I transfer data to my new system and his colleague worked tirelessly until everything tirelessly until it was done perfectly. The most astonishing thing was it was done remotely at my convenience. If you want quality work there are the ones and extremely reasonable.
