Do not use this business. EVER. My son ordered 10 chairs and a table for delivery to my residence for a baby shower I was hosting for my daughter in law. The delivery was 90 minutes late which caused a lot of stress as I couldn’t pick up the catering order timely. The chairs were shocking. They were dirty, rusty and several were cracked. They rained rust all over my floors as the driver moved them into my house. I mentioned to him that chairs were unacceptable. He said nothing. We could not use them. I was not about to let my guests, children and my pregnant daughter in law sit on rusty chairs and get sick. They were supposed to pick them up after the party. They did not. They did not answer the phone. I called constantly. I finally dragged the items and 8 foot grossly dirty table to my porch and got hold of «Chuck» I told them to pick them up immediately. I won’t be responsible if they are stolen but no one would want them. I told my son to contact his credit card company and put in a dispute of charges. We rented chairs and a table for a special event and what we received was not anything any reasonable person would ever use. I took lots and lots of pictures and a video. If I can find a way to upload them I will. I am very angry that any company would dare charge and deliver to anyone broken, rusted and filthy rental chairs and tables. Update: Had a few phone exchanges and text messages with«Chuck» Chuck has an anger management problem. He literally exploded and hung up on me when I attempted to tell him several times that I don’t need to know the internal processes and communications of the company. This was in response to many excuses as to why they didn’t pick up the rentals. I had to send him a snap shot of my outgoing call list to show I called at 7:45 pm. The party ended at 7:30 pm I called because my son couldn’t get anyone to call. Next, he screamed at me and hung up. Then the texting excuses began. First he told me my son and I didn’t call him. When he saw that I did call timely after the party was over, he stated he didn’t have the phone in his possession. He argued that I should have called him immediately when the chairs were unacceptable. No… they were 90 minutes late and I had guests coming in 2 hours. I had to RUN and pick up catering orders and do the dozens of last minute things necessary. I had to manage the damage. I told the driver, Coty, that should have been enough. I never heard anyone yell that loudly on the phone. He was crazy angry. He also stated that he did not know the chairs were for an «indoor» event or they wouldn’t have delivered the rusty, broken and dirty chairs. News Flash: I wouldn’t let my guests sit in those outside either. I would think that a company that rents for special events would know what questions to ask and would understand that internal communications and business processes and their respective failures are not anything I need to know about or hear about. These are not my issues. «Chuck» was adamant that I should have known that I needed to contact him about the chair delivery when Coty was dragging in chairs that were flaking rust onto my floors. I didn’t have time for them to bring me more crap as I had to leave for the catering order .but I would think the driver should have known to tell the owner. Dealing with Chuck regarding this issue was worse than having rusted and broken chairs and table delivered 90 minutes late. BTW… after all of this, the rentals are still on my porch. I asked to have the owner contact me. I also have all the texts from Chuck demonstrating how unprofessional he was in dealing with me.

I do not recommend to ANYONE! We called to reserve a bounce house a week in advance. the day of the party they never showed up we called and I guess they forgot to book it for us and said there was a misunderstanding… and still didn’t offer to come out and bring us one or anything it ruined our party kids were highly upset.
