Hungry Howie’s Pizza

Wow, terrible customer service at the Valpo location. Called to order and was encouraged from auto answer message to order online and get free breadsticks so I did, but nowhere did it offer me free breadsticks. I also ordered a 3 cheeser pleaser pizza but was delivered a pepperoni pizza. When I called to complain, I was told by a MANAGER? that the 3 cheeser pizza comes with pepperoni on it. Told her that makes no sense to name a pizza 3 cheeser and have pepperoni on it. She told she they recently changed the name but she can’t control the name of the pizza. She also said I should have found the code for the free cheesy breadsticks online when placing my order, but I didn’t see it. It shouldn’t be that complicated. She had an attitude the whole time instead of just apologizing and finding a way to make it right. Lost a customer, Hungry Howie’s. Sad the management can’t manage properly.

Cheap and fast pizza. Close to VU. Order this when you’ve been drinking and you won’t know if you have food poisoning or you’re hungover.

Great pizza! Great service! The prices are good. There are plenty of flavored crust choices to cater to different tastes. I highly recommend this place!

It’s okay. The pizza is very garlicky and I dislike the bread. It’s just nothing to get excited about, but it’s cheap.

Love their pizza. We like the thin crust best, but the deep dish is good too. Get the garlic bread… it’s delicious!

Solid pizza, decent prices, flavored crusts. What I particularly like is that they actually have a small pizza for just a couple bucks, which is good for lunch or for a solo diner. This location is take-​out only with no dining area.
