Stopped here for gas and then a car wash. My rear window was broken and blown out in the car wash. A report was written and I was told they would call me in an hour or first thing in the morning. I have heard nothing from them and have left numerous messages. No one has contacted me. I was traveling out of town and had to drive with no rear window. This company won’t even speak to me, let alone pay for the damages.

Stopped in here for gas the other night and we will NOT be coming back to this location. The lady working was super rude, not only to me but the other customers in there at the time as well. I liked Family Express until that moment. Not again. I will go somewhere else with my money when you treat customers like that.

Other than the price of gas being outrageous (of course that’s anywhere you go here), this place is great. They have excellent deals inside & yummy square doughnuts.
