The Diplomat Park Apartments

Been here for 5 years you’d think when I tell them that my two bedroom 2 bathroom unit has black mold I tested myself in the closet they’d be helpful. They were the opposite. I’ve lost 16% of my lung capacity due to mold exposure yet they want to relocate me and my roommate to a one bedroom apartment to share an empty apartment for 3 weeks. This place is a joke. It’s run by crooks. They don’t keep up the property at all. Save yourself the trouble don’t even bother moving in the slumlords alone aren’t worth the headache.

I have lived here for about several years. i thought i take the time to wright a review. Our complex is nice. The grounds are always clean. Great Pool area !!! Pretty girls every were. I wouldn’t have lived here all these years, if i didn’t love the place. Christine is nice and always worked with me. Geo our maintenance guy is a pro and hell of nice guy. We did just get the building panted it looks great. The gym is always open we have a nice Sauna. I don’t no how many buildings have a full sports bar connected to there complex we do. Over all its safe and beautiful. Christine is a manager she cant please every body i guess. But shes fine. Hope this was helpful…

Do yourself a favor and DON’T live here. The manager for the past year, Christina, is full of nothing but excuses for why the place has gotten worse since she has been here. The real selling point of the place is the pool but it is now inconsistently clean and new pool rules have it closed at only 8pm. Don’t hold out hope for relaxing in the hottub after a long day. Thanks to the new management, that could earn you a lease violation.
The big beautiful patios? Well yeah, that seems like a plus but not if you like plants. There is a plant limit. The new paint job? Don’t look too closely or you might just get an idea of how shody this place is run. Not too mention the fact that it took over four months to complete.
Counting down the days until we are able to move.
The only perk of this place is the neighborhood. Valley Village is fabulous.
All in all this has gone from the best apartment I have lived in to the worst. The only change has been Christina. If the Diplomat Associates are smart business people they will FIRE her.
