Marine and Tori– So, I am not one to normally post reviews, but strong impressions deserve strong feedback! I tend to have terrible, terrible experiences when getting «beautified» (hair, makeup, nails, skin, waxing)… Always a disaster! It is now even a running joke amongst my friends and family! Womp womp. I came to Starlight Beauty Salon to give self-​pampering another go in anticipation of my birthday and I’M IN LOVE!
«Marine» gave me the most beautifully natural yet sassy honey blonde highlights with a fantastic cut (adding stylish layers to my long straight hair) to boot. (I am a young attorney and was shooting for a professional yet eye popping/​jaw dropping look). Great success!
And «Tori» was amazing! Facials are not «my thing,» but her hands are soo light and my skin now soo smooth! I actually saw a client of Tori’s before and after getting her eyebrows done via permanent makeup, and WOW did Tori work wonders! I didn’t need permanent makeup (yet), but I had to give Tori a try. I could not be happier!

I just love to come over here, the salon is under new management and is totally different environment. I get the best service here. You get what you ask for. Marine does amazing job. I will recommend to go and see her. She changed my hair from dark black to caramel without even damaging it. She uses the best products not to damage the hair.

Amazing hair salon with new owner and management !! Ive always trusted and followed marine for hair styles and color and cut and she really gets creative with an easy hand!!! Shes amazing she really knows how to do her job very well!!!
And the fact they have Lucy her aesthetician shes very neat and will help out and go out of her way! Ive been on accutane and shes been helping with the pock marks !! Not only that she even does eyelash extensions aswell as eyebrows!

Elina has been the first one to do my eyebrows and I haven’t let anyone touch them since then! I have been going to her salon for over seven years now and she is truly one of a kind! All of the workers at her salon are great also, especially Lynette who does makeup. Affordable prices and she did an amazing job! Everyone must come try Starlight Beauty!

This review is regarding Linet the makeup artist. Do not trust or use her. She is unprofessional and misleading. We decided to use her for a wedding. She agreed to do a bridal trial for $ 50 including airbrush. When we arrived she did the makeup but without the airbrush because she said she forgot it at home then she insisted that the trial was $ 55. Since we were pressed for time we decided to go ahead anyways. She arrived the day of the wedding with an assistant. Our deal was $ 70 for each bridesmaid including lashes, airbrush and contouring. Her assistant applied regular makeup with no contouring at all and when you ask her about airbrush she said they do it at the end. Airbrush is foundation how can it be at the end!!! She didn’t do airbrush for all the girls so when she wanted to get paid we told her since you didn’t do airbrush you would only get $ 40 since the airbrush was an extra cost like you informed in the beginning. She got angry started yelling and said we should just pay her anyways since she came to the hotel. That was already included in her price. After we still refused she walked around to other guests in the rooms asking them to pay her the difference. If someone said no or ignored her she would go to someone else. She made people uncomfortable and put them on the spot. She was acting like a beggar. People were bothered by her.
Basically she is a liar and unprofessional. Do not trust her. And her makeup didn’t even last 3 hours. By the time we got to the reception we had to reapply most of our own makeup. Horrible wedding experience.

This review is for Elina– the eyebrow magician. She has been my go-​to eyebrow technician for a few months now.
It took a few sessions to get my eyebrows the way there are looking now, but definitely worth the wait. The only issue I have is that sometimes little hairs are missed, but you can always voice your concerns and she’ll adjust it accordingly.
Make your appointments ahead of time as she is always booked and take cash. Otherwise, there’s a $ 2 extra fee.

This year I literally had tons of events & needed someone reliable & talented. I highly recommend Linet for make up & Hair styles. I always leave the salon feeling amazing & knowing I have Stylist & make up artist for my events.

I have been going to Elina since I was allowed to get my brows done! 10 years now! I can honestly say she is the brow queen! I’m always happy with the way they look when I leave the salon.

Elena has been my esthetician for 10 years and I have been getting my hair color and style by the same stylist and always left satisfied! They take their take time to assure perfection and give each customer quality service! I highly recommend this full service salon to anyone looking for quality and professional service!!!

I’ve been going to Elina for my eyebrows for over 5 years now. She uses both wax, thread, and tweezers. I usually pick the tweezers/​thread combination. She is very detailed in her work. She listens to exactly what you want and is very careful. She also gives her expert opinions/​suggestions, but in the end, its up to you! I always get compliments on my eyebrows! Also, when you make an appointment and arrive on time, she never makes you wait! Shes also very flexible and quick with her work! I highly recommend Elina for eyebrows!

I’ve been going to the Starlight Beauty Salon for 2 years now and I’ve had an amazing experience every time. The service has always been great! For all the times I’ve been there, I’ve never had to wait to get seated. ELINA is by far the best person I’ve gone to for eyebrows. She threads and waxes and does a great job with either one. I would highly recommend going to her if you need to get your eyebrows done. I would also recommend SAM for haircuts. Not only does he have over 15 years of experience, but he also has different hair cutting techniques that he learned from living in Beirut and Dubai. You should definitely check out this salon. You wont regret it!
