I had been considering filing for bankruptcy for well over a year, and spoke to a few lawyers about it, but it wasn’t until I met and spoke with Arsen Pogosov that I decided to begin and complete the process. I had accumulated a lot of credit card debt, and was really sunk into the hole by three years of medical expenses. There was no way I could recover, short of winning the Lotto. Just like a majority of college students with minimal income I also accrued a large amount of debt and buried myself in it, hence leading to my current financial crisis. My experience with Mr. Pogosov has been amazing so far. Coming into my bankruptcy filing, I really wasn’t sure what I was doing or what to expect. It’s a fairly scary proposition all around. Now, I’d looked around a bit and I’ve seen some lawyer’s charging quite a bit, and really, I was expecting it.
