Been living here for a little over 10 years now and i absolutely love the place and as mentioned my neighbors review Melissa is the best manager one can ask for. The building is always clean and cared for. The only issue i have right now (and eventually will move because of that) is the rising rent on regular bases.

We have been living in the building for 2.5 years and We just love it here. We started as a couple and we are a family of 4 today. The location is amazing and very convenience, the neighbors are mostly friendly and always helpful, the building is always clean and the manager, Melissa, always available to any issue you have and taking care of any problem.

This is the cleanest, quietest building. Any maintenance issues are immediately taken care of and the manager Melissa is the best manager I could ask for.
I have lived here for 7 years– and don’t plan to move unless I receive a windfall of cash to buy!!!
