Because of Sergio, I gave it a 3. If wasn’t for him if they had zeros… they deserved it. When 1st walking in no greeted us. Of course not it was expected. After 10 mins of waiting while a sales rep was gossiping. I asked is it possible we can be assisted (nicely). She replied I can help you sign your name it to be helped. …Ok short woman with an attitude. Who didn’t greet us to sign is in the 1st place. Hence why I dislike this Verizon store at the green acres mall (let’s be clear). However Sergio who was knowledgable, answered all our questions, politely and realistically. He was great offered promos etc almost thought it too. Anyway bravo for Sergio he was great. Everyone else needs to be trained on customer service avoid this store if you can or ask for Sergio !!!
