Hiring a plumber always makes me hold my breath. I’m always worried about the quality of the work. I also worry about how much dirt, or damage will be done. Seems as if you hire people to help with one problem, and end up with another.
Pipe Doctor took away ALL of those concerns!
–These guys showed up on time (Worth like a million points, right there.)
–They gave me information and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable when I asked questions.
–They were really quick, and thorough.
–They cleaned up and didn’t ask me for ANYTHING (garbage bag, rags, etc.)
This is a totally professional operation. Bonus: They have a therm camera!

I would have give them no star at all already just because it requires me to rate the stars. My husband and I called them for an estimate for installing central air and heating system for an under construction home that I’m about to buy because home does not listed with air conditioning included, and they were extremely rude when answering both me and my husband. They hang up the phone on my husband without answering him and for me, they told me in a rude manner that they are not interested in the job, so I ask them why (because I haven’t seen anyone that have a job but doesn’t want to do it, when the sheet rocks hasn’t been installed, it easy to install CAC with easy money). And he just repeatedly said, «We’re not interested in the job, that’s all», without any reason (s). I don’t know why they’re being voted #1 for Best of Long Island, it was an extremely unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend Pipe Doctor to anyone, don’t get deceive by best of Long Island votes like us, which I used to have good experience with best of Long Island business voting, but now I think I have to double check for accuracy.
