Disgusting!!! Last night as I sat down to eat with my friend for a after work meal. As we sat down we open our menus and as we look down at the table a nasty ROACHCRAWLINGONTHEDAMNTABLE immediately we smash it cause that’s freaking nasty. i walk to go get management but my waitress stops me I inform her of the situation and shortly the manager comes over and explains that they just sprayed yesterday(I’m in disbelief that she’s actually telling me this like it helps the situation any) and that they«roaches» come out of hiding cause of the fumigation that took place the day prior. She says she’s appreciative we didn’t cause a scene and if she could switch our table because this table is apparently where they I. e the roaches are I nearly cussed I was so disgusted and there lack of concern seeing that they had a packed resturant. long story short we were offered a appetizer which why the hell would I care about eating at your establishment after you blatantly told me about your infestation umm no. I guess I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I came. I had a great experience at this Red Lobster. I went Saturday afternoon, around 1pm. It was pretty busy for that time of day. I’m pretty sure I was supposed to get another waiter at my table, but I ended up with a waiter named Stephon. And I for one am glad. There were things my sister and I did not have at our table for a while like water and the biscuits, but Stephon’s demeanor made up for that. He was so kind and was truly interested in meeting our needs. Whenever we asked for anything, he was right on it. He gave us ample time to browse the menu and we never felt rushed or pressured to give our order. Stephon might’ve been working like 4 tables at once but you wouldn’t have notice. He didn’t appear frazzled and maintained his professionalism. I’ve had bad experiences at restaurants with staff so I think it’s important to give praise when you come across the positives. The whole staff seemed invested in doing their jobs to their best. I was seated by the kitchen so I had plenty of time to observe them. Upon leaving, I had two different waitresses say goodbye and wish me a good day. Those things really make the difference. Now onto the food. I gave this restaurant 4 stars because of the food. I had the shrimp Alfredo with linguine pasta. It was good but I found the portion size to be small in relation to the price. It was $ 11.99 for the lunch size but it was so small. I could’ve eaten it in 5 bites, maybe 4. Also the sauce was too thick. It lacked the creaminess that Alfredo usually has. The peach lemonade was really good. I ordered the lobster stuffed mushrooms as an app and it wasn’t like the picture. It was in this broth instead of being dry. It made the mushrooms soggy. I had to send that back. Overall it was a good experience. I would go back to this restaurant. If you go, ask for Stephon! :)

Hmm, this Red Lobster won’t be in business for long if it continues down the same route. There is a lack of organization and respect. The workers are hanging around doing whatever they want. I went there for the endless shrimp just to be told I can’t have endless shrimp! Say what?! Endless means there is no end. I eat until I can’t eat anymore. Our server was very rude. She took long to serve is our food and her attitude was just terrible. She did not even want to be bothered with any questions. She even had the nerve to call the manager to my table. Although her behavior was of one who was dragged up and not brought up I wasn’t going to say anything. She called the manager over to my table so he could tell me about the endless shrimp deal. The manager was out of line to come and interrupt my guest and I. He said he thought here was a problem. But since she sent the manager to my table I gave him a nice report and I called corporate. On the other hand the staff at the corporate end was well mannered. They listened and were very nice. They also were nice enough to give me a gift card. This star is for corporate. Oh yeah the food was pretty good but the customer service was a big turn off!

Came here Wednesday night(11÷25÷15) and it was horrible. Specifically the service sucked. I’ve been to this Red Lobster a few times and I have never experienced bad service until now. We were seated immediately and waited about 10 minutes for our waitress to arrive. She took our drink and food orders with no problems. The problem was service was slow and our waitress disappeared multiple times that we had to ask other workers to get her for us. The kitchen also provided lazy service as they cheated us out of sauces for the seaside platter; cocktail shrimp, lobster mushrooms, and coconut shrimp. When we asked our waitress what happened to the sauces, all she said was«I don’t know the kitchen is closing». Like WHAT!!! Surprisingly the lobster mushroom was good. We also ordered mussel pot. First time for me having mussel. I was impressed but I’m pretty sure there is way better mussel out there. Oh and we had to grab utensils from another table because we were not provided any. The last strike was that after we finished our meal we waited another 10 minutes for the check. Now, I can understand waited a while when the place is packed, but in the section we sat there was no other customers. So all in all my experience here was whack.

Id love to give this ZERO stars… My last time here was truly the last. Thought we would have some endless shrimp after a long day of shopping. The floor next to our booth was extremely filthy and no one came to clean it up, of course. The server informed us about the wait for the shrimp orders so we ordered something else. It took over 20 minutes to get some water. Then I dared to ask for a cup of tea, took over 25 mins to bring a cup of hot water and a tea bag. Oh, our food still hadnt arrived yet. Once it finally did, my sister who ordered crab legs noticed there was no utensil to crack open the crab legs. Took another 10 mins to get the server back, who then informed us that there were no utensils to crack open the crab legs… not one in there entire restaurant! Like, WTF??? Lastly, the alfredo sauce tasted horrible, or I was just so turned off by then entire experience that I couldnt even finish my food. The one star is for the server… he was very nice. no attitude and at.

Dear Unilocal, I just came to red lobster and had a great time, good business convos along with laughter and amazing food. What made the night even better was meeting and being waited on by the most beautiful waitress I have ever seen. Her smile was amazing, eyes defying with energy and aura brighter than the sun on a July 4thBBQ.

This Red Lobster has gone so down hill over the years. Firstly, It’s ghetto. The staff have very nasty attitudes that they can NEVER hide. Like sweetheart, if you hate your job so much, quit !. Its sucks having to have hosts that have attitudes. They don’t even smile when they greet you. We were seated within 10 minutes at a nice big booth. Our waiter took FOREVER to come. Mind you, the place wasn’t even crowded. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting, he showed up and blamed the biscuits not being ready for why he didn’t come to greet us or take our drink orders. Whatever. I ordered the High Tide drink. It was all syrup, it was too sweet, hated it. My sister got a piña colada, which tasted like a MILKSHAKE! Gross. The food was good of course, I love the lobster pizza. MYSISTERFOUND A HAIRINHERFISHTACOS. The worst thing that can ever happen at an establishment. The waiter didnt even offer it on the house, we ended up paying for it. We had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make it again and take it to go. The worst ! Never comming here again. I have had it !

Last night I went this location for dinner… it’s bad enough that no matter when you go it’s a 35 – 45 minute wait. Our server ‘Tiffany ’ was so soft spoken that I had to keep asking her to repeat herself which obviously annoyed her by the eye rolling she gave us. We knew what we wanted to cut down on time so we ordered our drinks and dinner. With our drinks we also ordered water. we finally got our drinks but no water after about 20 minutes. The salads came but had already finished our drinks and still no water. But we did get another bread basket after we said that we didn’t want any more biscuits. Dinner came, still no water. When we did get the water we had to ask for straws. Another server turned the corner and must’ve heard us because she dropped the straws at our table. We asked for the check and to go containers but after 20 minutes we only got the container. We had to ask for the check a second time and after 30 minutes realized we still had no check. I could’ve walked out of there and no one would’ve noticed. I tried to look for a manager but all I saw was a woman in a light pink blazer aggressively sweeping the floor. The lighting was dingy and the female servers had the worst looks ever. Bad hair weaves, pants so tight they kept fussing to pull them up and I see one more head pat in a restaurant I will scream. The boys looked like they were over that place and you could tell because when they sang happy birthday they sounded so dull and like you just knew they didn’t want to be there. I hadn’t been there in a while but I remember why now. Never again.

Got here and was seated quickly which was awesome. HOWEVER, our 1st server took everyones drink order except mine, and then disappeared for 10 minutes. We had to ask a different server to take our order and once she did it took another 15 minutes to get the drinks we ordered with the 1st server. Once we got our food our orders wasnt complete, asked for our missing items a few times and it never showed up. Needless to say i will not be returning to this establishment.

One star for the short wait. My family and I were expecting a nice dinner at this Red Lobster restaurant, instead we got the opposite. It took forever for a waiter to come ask us for drinks and take our order. Then, our drinks and food also took a long while to arrive. We asked for refill on the biscuits and we got them at the end of our meal. Majority of the waiters at this restaurant weren’t taking their jobs seriously.

2 stars only for the biscuits… I written Red Lobster off the list since the early 2000’s. The one thing they can guarantee is disappointment! The service was horrible, waitress never checked on us. The order was wrong but she tried to play it off like it was our mistake. When our food came out, the waitress asked if she could use my napkin to handle the hot plate. Ok but why did she then put the napkin back on the table as if I was suppose to use it?! Never came back with additional ones. Never askrled if everything was ok. Service was extremly slow for a more than half empty restaurant. Another waitress saw my frustration and came over to help out. The tables were sticky, the floors were sticky and although it’s a seafood place; it shouldn’t smell like Mr. Kim’s fish market! All Red Lobster establishments seem to have the same shoty service and mediocre food. Never again, never!

Ugh Red Lobster really sucks. Nothing against this location where the service and restaurant was adequate in all areas except the food which is just the worst. Again, not their fault. I understand it’s a chain restaurant and I like some chains — applebees, Buffalo Wild Wings, and others — but maybe chains and seafood aren’t meant to be together. All the food we got on our table… no fewer than 6 different sea creatures, all fried, just all had no taste. Everything was overly greasy, and had no seasoning. And you just know the seafood isn’t fresh, so you cant rely on the fish to provide any flavor. It was like eating fish sticks from the frozen food section. And not cheap either… Entrees around $ 16. There’s just no reason to eat at red lobster. Ever.

I’ve been here a few times, last time I came here here was on a Sunday usually it’s a serious long wait for a table but I guess people were still in church. I def come here for those famous cheddar biscuits And the seafood trio $ 15.99 you can’t beat that price ! This is not Not the best red lobster but def not the worst location I’ve been to. I Joined the fresh catch club that red lobster has and was given the choice of a free appetizer or desert. Our server was a friendly young man that was very attentive to us but The service was just a lil slow and I was starving ! I saw a lot of reviews saying how slow the service was but I always like to see for myself

Wish i could give this place a negative five star they really fell off, it took 30 minutes to get biscuits and drinks then another 15 minutes to get the salad. The butter sauce tasted like boiled salt water, lobster tail was like screwing on rubber no taste. My complaint resulted in the manager coming to my table with a surprised look on her face this place makes gateway red lobster look like a 5 star restaurant don’t waste your time coming here

Opsy! Forgot to finish this review. Not a huge fan of crowds or queuing(«you have a 30 minute wait») to dine but during the day there’s not that many people and I always have a pleasant time here. On my last visit I got the surf n turf and it was good. I’ve gotten really nice servers who usually ask that I visit their website to rate them as this goes towards their advancement within the company. I’m all for progress so I always oblige. I like their magaritas too though I’m yet to try the strawberry flavored. The End

I visited at my daughter’s request because she wanted us to have lunch, so I obliged. My server took our beverage order then disappeared. When she finally came she had my daughter’s but not mine. The salad needed up showing before the lemonade. When I attempted to eat my salad the utensils were filthy. I asked for another set but only got more of the same. I eventually snatched another set from a vacant table. It was a basic Ceasar Salad but I enjoyed it. I had an entrée of Garlic Shrimp and Fried Flounder with broccoli. It was alright. Quite frankly this was my last trip. I am not expecting food porn but I want a quality experience of great food and service. That was not the case. On the contrary I am not and Applebee’s fan per say but today I had lunch their with a friend and I loved the Wedge Salad and Chicken Queso. See my review of that meal.
