A 10 years customer to this business I never buy a pair of glasses without asking the advice of the owner. I was seriously in the past two years misguided as to the quality of his frames and the fit. He made the sales by over-​rating them and within a few months the latest pair at the hinge came lose. After spending a serious amount for the glasses his only recommendation was to recharge me for new frames and never took into consideration the glasses were defective. He avoided my need for my glasses, didn’t respond to my calls and his assistant referred to my concerns as «nonsense.» Since it was a return he told me to shop somewhere else. They are very nice for sales but the sale seemed to overrule the honesty of their answers and for the frequency of having to have lose hinges retightened I would only conclude his merchandise is extremely inferior. BTW for the price he did not even offer me a protective plan. Sorry I was sweet talked all this time, now in order to see a little I have had to wear an old pair with the wrong prescription until I get my new ones which are damaging my eyes and giving me headaches. They are no longer in charge of my most valuable possession –my vision.
