Surprisingly great sandwiches. This place doesn’t look like much, a little corner convenience store, but they have a great assortment of sandwiches and other lunch and dinner items. Service is fast, prices are low, sandwiches are fantastic. I haven’t eaten anything here aside from sandwiches, but they convinced me that this unassuming corner store in Valley Park is a hidden gem.
And of course, whatever cigarettes, alcohol, snacks, and other small necessities you would expect at any convenience store are here. Just stop by and get lunch, you will not be disappointed.

This is a great little place. The people are friendly, the service is great, and the food is AMAZING! I have worked in the area for more than 10 years and have been going here since the beginning and have nothing bad to say. They do get a little busy around lunch time so you might need to allow yourself a few extra minutes if you order a fresh sandwich, but I assure you they are worth the wait, especially for the cost!

Great little shop. Fresh, handmade sandwiches, pastries and muffins. A great selection of Landshire sandwiches if you are too impatient to wait for a fresh made one. And those muffins are so soft and so tasty. Beer and other assorted alcoholic beverages to quench your thirst while you bush on a Rueben with some chips. Daily specials.
I love the bottled pop selection. Coke in a bottle, and 2 sizes. Dr Pepper, 7-​Up, IBC Root Beer and a selection of Stewarts.
The owner is quite friendly. A nice atop in before or after a day on the river or a game in the fields. Or, a stop at AMVETS Post 1. He has a big parking lot, so you can park your big truck pulling boat with no issues.
