Jump-O-Mania

I cannot begin to tell you how horrible they are. I have used them a few times and they were late EVERY time. This past Sat. Was the last straw. I was in a pinch and needed chairs, tables, and a jumper. I ordered them earlier in the week and asked for them to be delivered at 10am. Well 10:30 rolls around and nothing. I called several times before they answered. Finally the owner answered and said he didn’t know where the delivery guy was but he’d be there in 45 mins. If he didn’t know where he was how did he know he’d be there in 45 mins? Well an hour rolls by and again, no supplies. He again didn’t answer or return my calls. When he finally answered he said it would be another 20 minutes. My party guests were set to arrive by that time. When another 15 minutes passed I told him to forget it and his response was «ok.»… Horrible customer service! Do not use!!!

My kiddo’s first birthday party was this weekend and we decided to rent chairs, tables, and a canopy for the yard. This place was recommended to us through a friend and she didn’t steer us wrong. Juan is fantastic! He showed up on Friday afternoon to set up for Saturday. Everything looked amazing! He only sets up the canopy and you set up the chairs and tables. No biggie. It only took us about 25 minutes to set up all 55 chairs and 6 tables. Juan even came back that night to put up a side on the canopy when we realized that after a certain hour, all the tables would end up in the sun. Awesome service!
Pick up was Sunday afternoon (Father’s Day) and Juan even set us up a permanent canopy for the backyard as well when we wanted to buy one. He’s very personable and gets the job done right! We were all really impressed and my kiddo had the best birthday! We’ll definitely be ordering other things (jumper, cotton candy machine, etc) for future parties!
