Valley Center Seventh Day Adventist Church

I’ve been going to this church since 2010. It’s different then other churches. The people are so friendly and kind, I always feel welcomed and part of the family. In 2013, Pastor John Anderson took on the Clairmont church and splits his Sabbath’s between the two. He is a very talented instrument of God and always has the best sermons. He has wrote several books which I recommend reading. On the other Sabbaths different people either guest speakers or people from Valley Center congregation give the sermon or their testimony.
Bible study starts at 9:30 am on Saturday followed by worship service at 11 am. Usually, the service is done around noon and followed by a lovely vegetarian lunch with vegan options. The food is amazing and there is always so many choices, including dessert. There is children’s Bible study and a separate mothers room. The room is currently being remodeled and once it’s finished will be really lovely with a mural of the Garden of Edan. You can also get private one on one Bible study lessons if interested. I did the studies and learned a lot. It’s nice to find a church that follows the Bible.
The church family has grown a lot over the last couple years and I recommend getting there early to get a good seat. But don’t worry everyone is fine with scooting closer to make room. I am really glad to find such a nice place to worship on Sabbath and I would love to see you there, too!
