This is not only a great price but the staff is super friendly, answers all your questions and makes your move into storage as simple as possible. The units are clean and easy to get to and their is a restroom onsite.

The staff here are so nice and helpful. The facility is very clean and appears to be well managed. While it is true the upstairs units get hot; this is to be expected with a metal building. These units are intended to store stuff, not a living space to spend the day… and the price is right.

I had an excellent stay here. Super clean facility. Super friendly service. Very kind and thoughtful. Prices were great too. Definitely would recommend to go here. They’re open 365 and open late, which is also very helpful.

This facility has the rudest employees that I’ve ever come into contact with. The facility has roaches and the upstairs is absolutely roasting with zero airflow. It took an hour just to get the company’s lock off the unit for us to start load up the unit. We weren’t even in the system even though we signed up two days before. The woman we were working with wouldn’t know her ass from her elbow.

I have a business in the area and store my supplies here. Great service and wonderful facility (the pictures really don’t do it justice). Plus, I searched around everywhere and couldn’t find a better price. Bought all my packing supplies from here too as the prices (esp for the boxes) seemed way cheaper than Home Depot (just like they advertise when you go in).
Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs.

I stored my things at Valley Center for a year and a half … at one point I was going to move everything because I was so unhappy with the service, care and attitude of the owner. Recently … a few months ago … it came under new ownership and I am so thankful. They are very helpful, take really good care of the facility and truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend this storage facility to care for your precious things!
