Hidden Valley Pump Systems Inc.

I had Hidden Valley come out after my pump stopped working, they were able to get out the same day and pull my pump and figured out the motor was locked up. They had the motor on the shelf and had it reinstalled that day. I really appreciate how easy they made this for me especially since my well is my only water source. The crew and salesman were so nice and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been working with HVPS for about 10 years now, and I have been impressed with the customer service and the quality work that they do. Micheal Tweed goes above and beyond to make sure that the job is done perfectly and efficiently. I wish more companies operated with the same integrity and honesty. I highly recommend this company for all your water moving needs.

BIGGEST ASS HOLES EVER!!! Very cut throat business.
I had install water well several years back. Recently well stopped providing water. January Mike came over to evaluate problem, needed pump replacement. They set time to install new pump.
When they came back to replace pump they said I should replace 5 pipes. The pipes just had rust and minor scratches. We said no, that’s ok because we plan on replacing with pvc in couple months. The pump is issue for now. When they heard we weren’t going to fall for buying their pipes, they said that was a bad decision, my pump is not going to last it will burn in 6 months. Their whole demeanor changed.
So following month, we contacted another well pump company. They pulled the pipes and replaced for pvc for us. They confirmed Hidden Valley had done some shady business. When pulling old pipe, found out that the nipple we had was swopped out for an old rusted one with a whole in it. We still have the original one was attached to old pump and in brand new shape. Not only this vengeful act they did, but also put tape and debris in pipe and clogged pump to purposely damage and burn pump.
All this to prove point that 6 months from Jan. our new pump would burn, hoping we’d call them back to replace pipe. So, that they can so I told you so. And charge a pretty price for another new pump and new galvanized pipes.

After many transactions its time to tell someone about this well ran, honest and ethical company. The customer service department has been a pleasure to work with they actually answer the phones unlike many others in the same industry. I have received calls back from various departments within minutes of leaving a message. I would highly recommend. .. ..
