Worst customer service for a Starbuck’s experience the drink was wrong awfully made, it looked smaller than usual and the drink looked reused. No thumbs up.

One barista, two people taking orders for walk ups and drive thru. Something not right with the math! Thought I would just drop in get a drink and use the bathroom. Didn’t plan on standing around waiting and waiting and waiting. Maybe it’s usually slow here or maybe the management screwed up with the number of staff. In any case, NOBUENO!

Bring back the old Starbucks and old Starbucks staff. Once upon a time they used to be the best Starbucks around and now with the new remodel and the new staff it is absolutely horrible. I tried to give it a few weeks for them to adjust but it should not take 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a spinach feta wrap, this happened four times now, two of which I had to get a refund. Ugh one of my favorite places is now ruined forever. I went to another location just down the road, which is even busier and I was in and out in 5 minutes or less!!!

They seemed to not be stocked on food or snacks. Told me and a few other customers they had no food. But it appeared they just didn’t want to prepare or sell the products. I was the only person in line for awhile and since it took extremely long to receive my order i had a chance to observe. This place sucked monkey balls today the staff was horrible on 1÷28÷16 at 730am. I had great service before but today was just not there day. I also(after waiting nearly 15 min) had to remind the staff I ordered 2 drinks. Wasn’t aware how difficult a tall mocha was to prepare. FYI i just bought the most watered down grande mocha macchiato.

The service and quality of beverages I’ve received from this Starbucks are so bad that I’ve started going to the one all the way across town, when this is only 3 block away from me. They can’t even get a Venti Iced Tea made correctly. They never have a chocolate chip cookie, they sell out first thing in the morning and don’t get me started on the quality of espresso drinks. They can’t even get a kids hot chocolate right, always comes scalding hot!

I gave two stars just because I love Starbucks in general but the girl that works the drive thru window is the rudest person, she has no personality, just stares at you like you’re bothering her, and she doesn’t even speak to you, just takes your money and hands you your stuff. But I won’t let her rude ass spoil it for me I will continue to go to Starbucks I will just go to a different location instead.

I used to come to this location several times a week. The quality of the drinks has always been mixed since it depends on the barista. It’s located right off the freeway, so it’s convenient… or, at least it should be. While I’ve received great customer service from some employees, I’ve been turned off by the others’ consistently poor and unprofessional customer service(especially during the late afternoon and evening/night shifts). I shouldn’t have to wait 15+ minutes for a latte(when I’m the only one in there) while employees chat among themselves… or receive the wrong drink while I’ve waited 10 – 15 minutes in the drive-thru line because the employee who took my order forgot to actually make my drink.(I had to go inside to get it corrected, wasting more of my time.) After these two experiences in a span of a week, I’m going to skip this location and go somewhere else.

Door sign says they open at 4:15AM. It’s 4:20AM and door is still close. The staff is still putting stuff up, the guy who is working right now just started to make coffee. We are trying to get their attention but no one wants to look at us. So I will just Unilocal

Worse Starbucks in Vallejo. Slow service. Horrible drinks. They always ask me what my order was when I get to the window but its the closest one in my neighborhood. Unfortunately.

They were out of the«new» strawberry acai they were out of a lot of drinks. Although the barista was nice and cute they need to restock on their drinks. They also had a mosquito inside their display where all the food was. They didn’t even fill up my whole drink.

Eh, what can I say? You can’t put a Starbucks in the most ghetto place ever and expect it to be like the other ones you’ve visited. For one, this place is full of «questionable» characters(like I had to sit with my leg through my purse loop in case someone tried to jack it). I saw a scary meth deal take place at the table next to me(not the most pleasant thing to listen to while trying to work on a paper — especially one regarding neurotransmitters). But to get to the real point — the service pretty much sucks. I stood around the register waiting for someone to notice me for about 5 minutes while two young employees talked about an «old» dude that kept texting them, and then one of them mentioned that the guy was 25. How is this old!?! I will give these girls the benefit of the doubt that they are just extremely young and stupid and don’t understand customer service. Hopefully they go to college and get a job that doesn’t require customer interaction!

Worst Starbucks ever. I’ve been waiting in line to order for the past 15 minutes. I’m not sure why it’s been so long. The lady taking my order was rude as hell. Never coming to this Starbucks again!!!

Normally I would give this location a better rating but on my most recent visit, it was all I could do not to throw my coffee back at the drive thru attendant. They had two people working the register at drive thru, and one didn’t have a headset apparently. When I placed my order(s) I asked for two separate orders, and the girl with the headset said okay and then took my order. Then she accidentally still entered them as one. When I got to the window, little girl with no headset told me I had to just do one order. Girl #1 with headset said no it was her fault and stepped in to say just re-do it but that stupid girl without a headset still turned to me and told me next time if I don’t specify two orders, they can’t separate them later. LIKEITWASMYFAULT! I did specify. Anyway, I said that to her and she was like well I’m just letting you know. Super dumb. Then she handed my coffee and turned away, no thank you no nothing. Starbucks, these are the employees that ruin it for your customers. I also worked for Starbucks for 4 years, so this is super disappointing. I’ll probably call the manager.

Make sure you watch them make your drink. Make sure they wash their hands. Im pretty sure the drink that I got here last night is behind this food poisoning or bacterial infection that I’ve had since last night. I was fine until I drank a cup of Starbucks here. My symptoms are quite similar to the flu– not fun. The caramel macchiato that I ordered was blaring with signs that whoever made it, did not care if it was good or not. It wasnt mixed– i tasted nothing but expresso for most of the cup; and i didnt taste caramel at all. Its time for a change around here. Im tired of all the poor and unprofessional service in this city. From food service to public servants, there’s major misrepresentation in my beloved city. To whom it applies to– get over your pretentious self and your little problems. Count your blessings. Love. Respect.

Ashley made our drinks. She made them super perfect. I didn’t get the cashiers name, but she was very professional when taking our order. It was 4:14 pm. I always like my drink a certain way and usually every store gets it wrong. I’ll b coming here again. Thank you

A chill Starbucks to relax, kickback and for those who got to get some studying done this would be the place. Plenty of seating all around. There are outlets readily available if you got to charge up the smartphones and the laptops. The baristas here make it quite pleasant. A couple of times in the not so distant past they have made a couple of mistakes on my orders but they gladly remade the drink and offered the incorrect drink if I still wanted it. That’s fine by me. Other places would simply dump it out. Tell me why? Simply chill, ample seating and the usual Starbucks fare. Cool customer service. I’ll come through again for sure.

Vallejo… the town I had never been to but passed by. Finally I got off form highway to have a cup of coffee. This starbucks is average, and clean. I just had a tall coffee, and used the rest room. No complain. It is convenient because it is just along the highway.

Went through the drive thru this morning. Ordered a coffee and a tea. What kind of tea, they asked. Breakfast tea. Black tea? Ya, breakfast tea. Sir, I can’t pick out your tea for you. Green tea? No, breakfast tea, like english breakfast tea. Sir, you need to pick a tea. We drive up to the window and they give us tea, no coffee. Then guy shorts us $ 1 in change and when we ask for it he says: tip? No, dude. You didn’t even give us our coffee and don’t know what breakfast tea is. 3 stars cause I go there every day, but come on guys.

QUICKANDEASYWITHDRIVE-THRUSERVICE! I just got out of my niece graduation party and lots of «carbs» were consummed — and just happened to drop off my best friend who lives in V-town — and finding this Starbucks right off the highway was a GOD send! It sure took care of my yawning — and I perked up in matter of minutes. Service for me the last several times I was here have been great. I order — and off I go. Everyone treated me with kindness including the guys outside that panhandles! I do like the way they designed this store. To your right are plenty of chairs and tables and loveseat to boot! At the very far end is where you order. Oh I almost forgot they have a drive thru! I haven’t used it but will do if I have to. A neat convenience especially going to work in the morning. Their hours are from 4:30AM — 10PM and they are open until 11PM on Fri & Sat. There are ample parking here. You can even get gas and order your«Mckeedies» right next door if you have to since it’s only a «jump, hop and skip!» The only drawback I would say is if you are headed West bound on I-80 as you will need to make a 360 for a few blocks before you can get back on the highway. If you are headed East bound on I-80 — it’s just a turn to your right! All in all, it was a pleasant experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
