I dont know why this place doesn’t have more reviews. Josh in the office is amazing and the apartments are beautiful. The are safe and quietly tucked away in a nice middle class residential community. I was set to move in here, but didn’t bc it would have been a somewhat far commute to work Really wish it would have worked out tho

I would have loved to live here except for the fact that the management team on site is terrible! The only saving grace for this place is the AMAZING views, beautiful landscaping, and spacious units. I attempted to lease one of the units on several occasions. At my initial call I was told that there was nothing available – no offer to be added to a wait list or contact list for the future. The woman who answered rush me off the phone and she was definitely not professional. I visited a week later after seeing an advertisement for property. The man in the office informed me that there were three 2BR’s available: 2 renovated. He stated I could return in a week to view and gave me the prices. I called a few days later to schedule an appointment. When we arrived for the appointment, he stated there were no renovated units available AND he didn’t even give us a tour but gave us the keys and told us to go on our own. Really? Still enamored by the view, we visited a couple of days later to drop off an application only to be told that there were no units available. Hmmm. unprofessional, inconsistent, and just plain rude. Again, I would love to live at the location but not for the price of that management team.

My wife and I have lived here for 1.5 years now. The management is friendly, polite and thoughtful. During xmas time they sometimes wait at the front of the complex and hand out goodie bags [and I leave at 6am!] Zero problems with rent on our place. No mix ups, nasty grams on the door etc. They could definitely use some upgraded appliances and cabinets throughout. It’s very 1989-esque. I’d also like to have the option to pay our rent online. Writing a check ever month seems a bit dated to me. The view is exactly what you’ve heard — BEAUTIFUL. We have a place that overlooks the straights and the bridge so it’s really quite amazing. It never gets old waking up to that every morning. Walls are relatively thick. I didn’t even realize we had a downstairs neighbor until like 3 months ago. Windows are double paned, which is good because the wind does tend to howl at times. Ground are kept nice but they could definitely do a better job at pest control. Spiders being the main culprit. Daily I have to walk through webs strung across the stair case. There’s a Safeway about 5 minutes from the complex in additon to some small shops and restaurants and I think they’re even putting in a Chase bank. Over all you’d never believe this place is actually in Vallejo[Glen Cove]
