Julio gave me a new door and trim that matches all of the other trim in the house at a great price and in record time. The door is exactly what I needed and I appreciate how quickly he got it done. Highly recommended.

I contacted Omega construction to move and install my kitchen appliances and washer/​dryer after a flooring remodel. The person that took them out was no longer available and I was stressed out about the idea of living without a kitchen (and in general disarray) for another 3 – 4 days. I called their office… Maria was very helpful in getting me an estimate. Julio arrived on time, provided a written estimate and even worked in my job for the next day. They arrived on time, moved and installed everything needed and left me extremely pleased! Glad I found this company and will use them for future projects around our home. Thanks Julio… you were a life saver that day! They even accept credit cards…5 stars!

Julio is great. I use Omega for my home repairs as well as property repairs. I trust him 100% when I leave him to do big and small projects. His prices are fair and his work is excellent.

I called Omega in the a.m. to take out my old washer and put in a new one. Julio immediately answered the phone and said he could come same day at 4 pm. He was a little later than expected, but he called and the job was completed that evening. It was reasonably priced and I am happy with the work. Thank you Julio.

I was so excited when I found Omega’s website and read the rave testimonials. I was even more thrilled when I filled out the on-​line contact forma and actually received an e-​mail response from Julio shortly thereafter. (As an aside, there is nothing I find more annoying than companies who provide e-​mail addresses or on-​line contact forms and then don’t respond to the e-​inquires. If you don’t want to respond electronically, then don’t provide the option!). Anyway, back to Omega… so I set up a meeting with Julio for later that afternoon. I told him that I would need to leave promptly at 2:30 to pick up my kid from school. He said he’d be there at 2. He didn’t show up. I came home to a voicemail asking if we could meet later that night or the next day. I sent another e-​mail requesting a meeting for the following day. I got a response the next day saying that he would stop by that after afternoon. Guess who never showed up, yet again! When I e-​mailed to express displeasure at having been stood up twice I never got a response back. TERRIBLE customer service. So, so very disappointing!

I called Omega to help my mom who had issues with a squirrel in her attic. I live out of town and my mom needed help. The service was prompt. Julio was confident and professional and put my mom in at ease. He took care of ther problem promptly. We will definately use Omega again. I was impressed that they would come out for a small issue on short notice. Thank Omega.
