The worst customer service ever, do not go here if you expect to ever have anything more than just simple services. It has been an absolute nightmare for my wife to get her hearing aid. What an absolute pathetic way to run a business that is supposed to be customer and patient centric. Go somewhere else do not go here. No communication. No initiative. No remorse. No good!

This review is way overdue! I have to say that I have been coming here for all of my hearing aid needs since I was a teenager and still going. Karin, Denise and Sara are the best at meeting my needs and have always rendered professional and courteous service. They really do care about us patients and it shows in their welcoming and happy demeanor. If you want great products and people who listen to what your hearing aid needs are please go to them!
