I dropped off a nexus 7 inch tablet for a screen repair in the beginning of October and I still can’t get a hold of this guy through phone calls or stopping by the shop everyday for the whole month of October after work at 4 pm. Can someone please tell me how I can get a hold of this guy?

My laptop decided to not cooperate with me during exam week and he got it fixed within 2 days. Even offered to work on it after hours if I needed it back asap for exams, but I opted to just borrow one from school in the meantime. Kept me updated on what needed to be fixed and if I wanted it fixed with a price quote before repairing it, which I really appreciated.
Conveniently located right off the bridge for those who go to Touro or live on the Island!

My laptop emergency was resolved immediately! The owner diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and voila the laptop was fixed. It’s a relief to have a reliable computer tech on speed-​dial.

I brought my computer to 3 different places and they did not know how to fix it, and they still charged me for «diagnostic test». I brought it to cybers computers and it was fixed within hours. The owner was really nice and charged me a reasonable price. Only thing I regret is not finding cybers computers first.

I brought my laptop to find out if I had a video card problem or the monitor or what. That was on Saturday, 8⁄13. He said he would take a look and give me a call Monday afternoon. Monday came and went with no phone call. I called Tuesday afternoon, he claimed he had «emergencies» come up and didn’t have a chance to look at it. Gave him 3 more days; still nothing, still hadn’t touched it. Went today and picked up my laptop. He was working on other pc’s, still hadn’t done squat with mine. Don’t bother going here, folks. Place is cluttered and crappy. The guy is nice, but jeeze, I hate being jerked around like that.
