Love Ana’s new space. Quiet and relaxing. No bored children to be entertained. They are well behaved kids, they just don’t belong in a professional business.

I have been going Cecy’s for a few years. I’m very picky about who cuts my hair because of bad experiences I’ve had in the past. Every time I go in Cecy cuts my hair just how I want and I walk away happy.
Jazmin colors my hair and I love the work she does! I have really thick hair so it takes awhile to do my hair and it can run into non shop hours but she doesn’t ever complain about it.
They really make you feel like family when you walk in even if they have never seen you before!
I love the atmosphere in here! They are so funny and warm hearted!
I moved to Sacramento but I still go to Cecy’s for all my hair needs!

I went to Cecy; yesterday afternoon. I needed my eyebrows done, I usually get them threaded in San Francisco, near my job. Although I was walking to my hair salon;since it’s close to my house. But on the way there, I decided to stop by Cecy’s due to word of mouth and good reviews on Unilocal.She was closed for the day but she took me in; that was very sweet of her. When I walked in; the salon was very clean; she is so sweet and professional. She took her time and did not rush at all; which I like alot. Most salons will rush with eyebrow waxing/​threading and make the experience horrible but with Cecy; she is awesome. She knows her stuff; she gave me her card and I’m planning to go back to her to get a cleanup on my eyebrows in a few weeks. Thank you again Cecy!

Ana has been doing my hair fabulously for a few years at this salon. Recently she opened her own salon at her house. I was at first hesitant to follow her there but not anymore. I must say her new place is wonderfully cozy, clean, professional and most importantly there are no small screaming kids and barking dogs of this owner running around during my ME time. I’ve been going to this salon for at least 5 years now & I absolutely love how friendly everyone is. Cecy does a fantastic job with my hair, I don’t trust anyone else to touch it!

This review is long overdue but I wanted to express my honest opinion. The person that did my highlights (young latin girl) was awesome! I can’t remember her name but she was very thorough and careful with my hair and took her time and relayed time and time again what she was doing, how long the process was.
The end result– LOVE IT! I usually get my highlights done in San Francisco and took a chance on this vallejo salon.
You guys rock!

Cecy does an amazing job on my eyebrows & hair every single time. Ana is also fantastic. She did my hair & make up for my wedding & I got compliments from everyone!!! I highly recommend this place which is also very decently priced :)

Cecy took care of me, took her time and not rushing, a great feeling. She got my hair color EXACTLY the ash color I was looking for. Got tired of the blonde and it was starting to look like a brassy, yellow, orangy mess. At first it didn’t seem like she could do much because of the color «ombré» I had, but after asking questions of what I want and showing just a pic or two then much consulting with Ana, the color came out looking terrific. I will definitely be back and getting treatments here as well. Looking forward to my next visit! Also, very helpful she has wifi to keeps my kids occupied with their iPads while Mommy is being pampered.

Cecy does the best eyebrows in town! Out of town too lol. I moved to LA but I make sure to schedule with Cecy every time I come to town!

First of all, she has not moved and is where she has always been on Sonoma, and if you go on Saturday, she is right at the Farmer’s Market, which is a big bonus!
Cecy is my new hairdresser, and I am very happy! After a couple years of trying various people, I’ve finally found a hairdresser to stick with. She is lovely and provides an equally lovely space to relax and a peaceful and pleasant environment – unlike many salons. I can actually fall asleep in the chair if I please, and I love that!
She cut and colored my hair perfectly during my first appointment, and it usually takes a couple times for someone to get to know me and my hair. I noticed that she works with many hair types from my wavy, to very kinky-​curly and straight hair; she has a diverse client base, and everyone’s hair was nicely coiffed and colored with all clients seemingly happy.
I see a review stating that one had trouble reaching the salon, but I think that must have been mistaken for another salon with a similar name, as Cecy wears a Bluetooth and answers every call promptly from wherever she is. I have never heard the phone ring more than 3 times before she answers, nor have I ever had trouble reaching her. She is very capable and gracefully juggles her busy schedule.
Additionally, she is the sweetest, most pleasant person, and after a long work week this is exactly what I want. I am weary of the typical, gossipy, noisy places and am very happy in every respect. I recommend her highly. The salon has good energy, and so do the other women working there, one of whom is her daughter. They all get along nicely, and it’s a pleasant place to be. I intend to return every 6 weeks.

I came here for the first time for a hair cut. Had called earlier in the day and got an appointment scheduled the same day with Cecy. She was very nice. I think she could tell I was very hesitant and nervous because she explained everything she was doing to my hair. Two years ago, I had had a very bad experience at a different salon and came out looking like a boy poodle… talk about post traumatic stress everytime I go to a hair salon. Anyways, she evened out my layers, got rid of my dead ends, trimmed/​layered my bangs and was NOT overly scissor happy about cutting off all my hair (phew!). I also liked that she gave suggestions/​options during the cut about the hair style. She didn’t push me to buy her salon products, just gave me a few suggestions for hair care.
I will be happy to return for further hair cuts!

I was looking for a quick haircut and local and found this place through Unilocal.My hair is naturally wavy and I don’t hair straightened my hair. Most places straighten my hair before cutting it and I hate that. I called and Ana picked up the phone and she squeezed me miraculously and I told her what I wanted and she did a wonderful job! She gave me excellent service! Ask for Ana, she’s so sweet!

I love Cecy for waxing my eyebrows perfectly! I used to have crooked uneven brows. It was always difficult to pluck since my eyebrows go all the way down to my eyelid! They grow so fast I’d pluck everyday. After a bad experience (way too thin) with threading it took a long time to trust anyone else. After seeing great work by Cecy on 2 of my coworkers, I decided to try her skills. BEST decision of my life! She’s fast, patient, sweet and very skilled. I go every 2 weeks and do not have to ever pluck. I recommend her if you need perfect brows!

Ana, has been cutting my hair for about a year now, she’s amazing! She’s so sweet, she does an amazing job and she’ll work with you on appointments. I love her and the work she does is worth every penny!

I completely love them! Got my daughter’s FIRST hair cut there earlier today. She made my daughter so comfortable, included her in everything she was doing! I completely recommend them. Hopefully I can get my hair colored by them soon! Also, Vallejo is a really hard place to find actual GOOD places to go to, without getting robbed. Coming from San Francisco girl, born and raised. It took me a lot of research to find a great place, and this is the ONE!

My hair was totally damaged AND BROKEN from a bad extensions job (live and learn ladies you get what you pay for). Problem was… I had lost my hair colorist, and being a natural brunette, that was addicted to being a BLEACH MARILYN SUPER BLONDE… my problem was only getting worse. Extensions out and having ripped out half and broken half my hair I had no choice. I had to let my roots grow (gasp). It was ugly. If I had my hair in a pony tail I looked brunette … with a blonde pony. It was awful.
So while I’m in suffrage literally wearing hats at this point… my hair was finally strong enough to try and bleach out the roots. You know like feel myself again.
So a «friend» had suggested her colorist … But said she was between salons and had no problem coming to me. There should have been WARNINGS going off in my head but no. I figured if she had two places fighting for her she had to be that good. Never assume.
So she «bleached my roots» totally like I’m un use to… No weaving, no fools, just painted my super dark hair. Washing it out it’s that God awful rust color. I about died. Her solution … Wait a couple weeks and apply again, do it right there and then or just leave it be since «it didn’t look that bad». Mind you the rest of my hair is delicately highlighted blonde. Not just bleached solid. So I FREAK OUT. And everyone knows bleaching on bleach is breakage. Especially on damaged hair.
Through some in-​valuable help, and Unilocal (TGFY). Ana at Cecy’s here in Vallejo took Pity on me. She was able to fix the rust that was my head and turn my hair into a beautiful blonde. I loved. I cried in the car from relief. Ana was sweet, available, knows what’s she doing and is just amazing.
Go figure I came for my root touch up but my idiot boyfriend has been begging to see me with my natural dark hair color. Not that I know what it is but… I’ve put myself in Ana’a capable hands! She’ll match whatever my natural color is and save the day again!
If you’re looking for a hair colorist … Seriously look no further. This woman is a DREAM.
