I’m not much on words. I will just say that Dr. Chun and her staff are AWESOME!!!

Customer service — excellent.
Clinical care — hopefully will be good.
The way finances were handled — we are extremely unhappy! The fact that our insurance does not cover the treatment was never discussed with us. The appointment that my son had was an early morning appointment, before the office staff who is handling the finances came in. My son was rushed for the treatment and after the braces were put in, we were told that the treatment will not be covered by the insurance.

My daughter and I came and experienced just an amazing experience yesterday with everyone! I pulled up to our scheduled appointment time and my daughter walked in to let the staff know she was here for her consultation. I was greeted by Tammy… an amazing amazing sweet woman who took my daughter back to do some xrays. When all was said and done we had a seat in a room where she should me her xrays… the possibilities of braces and the different options if needed. But more than anything Tammy spoke to my daughter and asked of her concerns, wants, and needs! My daughter is a very mature outspoken ten year old who is truly ready to start her braces journey when the time is right. After speaking with Tammy, she stayed with us as Dr. Chun came in to introduce herself. All the adults recalled lovely braces stories that made my daughter laugh and definitely made both of us feel even more at home. Dr. Chun did an exam on my daughter and after explained to BOTH of us the process of what my daughter will need and it made sense. Because we still have a few baby teeth left, instead of INSISTING starting the process Dr Chun thought it best that we wait six months… see if we’ve lost the last few and then come back! :) We ALL, my daughter, myself, Tammy, and Dr Chun were slightly disappointed we would not be seeing each other sooner rather than later but it is worth it! I have absolutely found the best Orthodontist around for my daughter. All the staff are welcoming, friendly, and amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming to all. We both cant wait to come back and share some amazing stories with the staff and have the great feeling once again! Thank you for an amazing experience! See you in July! God Bless!

Professional, considerate staff that truly loves what they do. Takes time to fully communicate with the patient and parent. Has a wonderful way of making any situation seem achievable. They are enthusiastic, fun and really make you feel like family.

I love this place! So clean and organized and the staff is very informative and friendly. I feel comfortable here every time I come in. These days it’s really hard to find dentists who care more about you than your money, but here, their attitudes and actions showed just how much they cared. :D. Good, honest and friendly, this is no doubt the best orthodontist place I have ever been to.Dr. Chun really went above and beyond my expectations!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Buchanan and his staff! All of them contributed efforts to help me achieve the beautiful smile I have now. Not only are they super hospitable, but they definitely know what they’re doing when it comes to orthodontic treatment plans.
