We had a horrible experience with bay towing, we parked at the wrong stall and we towed at our expense. Our vehicle was towed sat night sun morning we tried to find it I called back a 4 times because I could not for the yard. They were rude even hung on us. They said well everyone else can find it! When we finally got there it was empty. I called again and they said of course it’s empty but said they would send someone. They knew we were headed there why didn’t they tell us to call back because no one is there. Received a few more rude comments and waited 40 minutes. To get back our car it was $ 340 they only had it a couple of hours. The driver that finally arrived to open the gate was nice when he arrived he but the company was horribly mean to us.

Like all towing companies Bay Towing in Vallejo SCAM’S everyone! My car was stolen & found 2 hrs later in Vallejo. They towed the car & wanted to charge $ 400. for less than 12 hrs just to get it out & it wasn’t even our fault. Also, the police report said the car wasn’t stripped when it was found & it was completely stripped in the tow yard! I wonder how that happened??? We asked to speak with the owner & the guy at the front desk said«He’s too scared to talk to customers». What is that?!? I hope no one ever has to deal with Bay Towing!

They broke the handlebar on my motorcycle when towing. That being said, they did offer to pay to repair it. They didn’t pay for everything, but they did pay the bare minimum. On the upside, they arrived promptly, the driver was semi-friendly and on top of things. The interior of his truck was clean and didn’t smell like some tow trucks I’ve had the unfortunate experience in. They would have gotten a 5-star rating if they had fixed my bike back to its original condition prior to their 10-mile, $ 100 tow, but a 3-star rating because they got the job done, but didn’t handle the complaint well.
